Fifty-seven horses from a catalog of 219 sold on Sunday at the New York Breeders' Sales Company fall breeding stock sale in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., for total gross proceeds of $627,900 and an average price of $11,015, down 1.4 percent from the average of $11,173 last year, when 160 horses sold, according to results provided by the company.
