Three things you should know before betting on Kraken-Ducks:

1. The Ducks and Kraken met in Seattle on November 11, when Anaheim came away with a 7-4 victory in the first ever meeting between these two franchises. And while the Kraken are coming off of a road win over the Sharks last night, the Ducks come into this one after having won three of their last four games. After finishing in last place in the West last season, Anaheim is currently in first place in the Pacific.

2. The Ducks are 9-3 when facing teams that have losing records this season, and the average score of those games had Anaheim outscoring opponents by 1.2 goals per game. The Ducks are also 9-3 versus teams that allow at least 2.85 goals per game this year, and that margin of victory is even bigger with Anaheim winning those games by 1.5 goals per game. Overall, there's a pretty sizable mismatch in talent between these two right now, making it hard to suggest Seattle as the play in this game — especially after having already played a road game last night.

3. These teams combined to score 11 goals when they met in November, and the Kraken have gone Over the total in five of their last seven games. Meanwhile, each of the Ducks' last three home games have gone Over the total coming into this one. The Over is also 19-8-1 in all Seattle games this year, and it's 9-4 when you just count the ones the team has played on the road.
