WASHINGTON is 4-17 ATS (-14.7 Units) in home games when playing on Monday night since 1992.

Three things you need to know before betting on Seattle-Washington:

1. This is a head-to-head series that’s been dominated by the road team in recent years, as the home squad is 0-6 straight-up and 1-4-1 against the spread in meetings between Seattle and Washington since the start of the 2008 season. The lone against-the-spread victory for a home team during that span was Washington’s 20-15 loss as a 6-point home underdog last December. It was a game the Seahawks led 20-3 before giving up a pair of fourth-quarter touchdowns.

2. The Football Team comes into this one having gone 2-11 straight-up and 3-10 against the spread as a home underdog of 7 points or fewer over the past three calendar years. Washington is 5-9 straight-up and 4-10 against the spread over its past 14 home games against NFC West opponents. All but one of those 14 games have gone Under the total, as Washington has scored an average of 14.3 points over those 14 home games.

3. The Seahawks are 12-2 straight-up and 11-3 against the spread under head coach Pete Carroll when facing NFC East opponents on the road, with 12 of Seattle’s past 13 road games against NFC teams having gone Under the total. The only time in their past dozen road games against NFC opponents that the Seahawks allowed more than 17 points was in a 24-22 playoff loss in Dallas in January 2019. In the other 11 games, Seattle allowed an average of fewer than 11.5 points per game.
