Three things you should know before betting on Raiders-Cowboys:

1. This marks the Raiders’ third trip to Dallas this century, with each of the two prior trips also having been played on Thanksgiving: a 24-7 Cowboys victory as a 13.5-point home favorite in 2009 and a 31-24 Dallas win as a 9.5-point favorite in 2013. The Cowboys are 4-6 straight-up and 1-9 against the spread over their past 10 Thanksgiving games. Their lone against-the-spread victory in that span was a 31-23 win as a 7-point favorite over Washington in 2018.

2. Over the past nine road games in which either Las Vegas was an underdog or the line was pick ’em, the Raiders have gone 6-3 straight-up and 7-2 against the spread. That includes a record of 5-1 both straight-up and against the spread in such situations since the start of last October. Four of those five victories were by more than 7 points.

3. All but three of the 15 home games Dallas has played against AFC opponents since the start of the 2014 season have gone Under the total. While four of the Cowboys’ past five November home games have gone Under the total, four of the Raiders’ past five November road games have gone Under. That includes a 4-0 record for the Under in Las Vegas’ past four November non-divisional road games, with an average of 36.8 points having been scored in the four games.
