Three things you should know before betting on Michigan State-Ohio State:

1. Ohio State has been rather dominant in its head-to-head series with Michigan State, as the Buckeyes have won and covered in each of the last four meetings between these two. Ryan Day's team has also won six of its last seven against the Spartans. The last four games have gotten out of hand, with the Buckeyes winning by an average of 32.3 points per game.

2. Since the start of the 2019 season, Ohio State is 11-3 against the spread when coming off a home win. The Buckeyes are also 14-1 straight-up and 11-4 against the spread when coming off a cover as a double-digit favorite under Day. And when breaking that down even more, they are 7-0 straight-up and 6-1 against the spread when coming off a home blowout win by at least 28 points since Day became the head coach.

3. Before last year's meeting between these two went Over the total of 59.5, these two had gone Under in each of their previous five games. The Under is also 4-1 when Michigan State is coming off a win by 17 or more points with Mel Tucker as head coach, and it's 4-1-1 when Ohio State faces teams that rush for more than 4.75 yards per carry with Day as head coach.
