Three things you should know before betting on Wake Forest-Pittsburgh:

1. Wake Forest and Pittsburgh have only met once in the history of these two programs, so this ACC title game isn't exactly a clash between old rivals. That one meeting between the two schools came in November 2018, when the Panthers beat the Demon Deacons, 34-13, as 5.5-point road favorites.

2. Since the start of the 2019 season, Wake Forest is just 1-8 straight-up and 2-7 against the spread in games played on grass fields. That's a rather significant trend when considering that Charlotte's Bank of America Stadium has a natural surface. Pittsburgh also happens to be an impressive 11-6 straight-up and 9-5-3 against the spread when playing in games with a line between +3 and -3 under Pat Narduzzi.

3. Under head coach Dave Clawson, the Over is 10-5 when Wake Forest is coming off of a road win. In that time, the Over is also 5-1 when the Demon Deacons are coming off a game in which the team gave up 225 or less total yards. Coming into this game, Wake Forest has gone Over in six of its last eight games. The Over is also 8-4 in Pittsburgh's 12 games this year. In a game that features two great quarterbacks in Sam Hartman and Kenny Pickett, this one should feature some fireworks.
