Well there may not be a storybook ending, but the 2022 National Championship should deliver another instant classic. The Kansas Jayhawks were the only one-seed to survive, and they have every motive to end a 15-year Championship drought under longtime head coach Bill Self. The North Carolina Tar Heels come in riding an all-time high, and a win here would complete one of the greatest runs in college basketball history.

Caleb Love o17.5 points

The stage is set for one of the most cold blooded players we’ve seen at the college level to shine and have a big game. Love has not shied away from the big moment, as he’s scored 23 or more in three of the first five games. His confidence should remain sky high after hitting what may just stand toe-to-toe with the biggest shot in school history. The volume should be there, and the sophomore guard finds himself in a good spot here.

Remy Martin o11.5 points

Prior to a pair of quiet outings veteran guard Remy Martin covered this number four times in a row, peaking with a 23-point performance in the Sweet Sixteen win over Providence. Martin should receive ample opportunity in this one, and with this being his last collegiate performance, look for him to be a factor in this one.

Jalen Wilson o8.5 rebounds

Jalen Wilson has been dominant on the glass this season, and he’s posted double-digits rebounds in each of the past four tournament wins. There will surely be slimmer pickings with Armando Bacot in the paint, but Wilson’s consistency speaks for itself. This is arguably the safest prop from this game.

Christian Braun o2.5 assists

The junior guard serves as a secondary playmaker for KU, and he’s hit this number in four of their five tournament wins.

Caleb Love o2.5 3PM

This is all about volume here, as the 6’4 guard has taken ten or more threes in five of his last six games.

Leaky Black o4.5 rebounds

UNC’s second coming of Theo Pinson just seems to do everything right for Hubert Davis’ team. The 6’8 swingman is a true glue guy, and could be worth a spot in what could be his final college basketball game.

Caleb Love o2.5 assists

As cold blooded as Love is, he’s unselfish, and he will have the ball in his hands often. This is a reachable prop, especially with Bacot and Manek being as reliable as ever.
