ODDS ON PLATINUM (PRF/FM) went to the lead, yielded to the favorite, sat pocket and cleared too late to give best rally. RAPTORS WON (NW15000FM) pulled at the third panel, rallied strong, won going away while kept to the task and would be no surprise if she repeats. ASIAGO SEELSTER (NW2) closed well to earn his third-place check on a night when speed won more than half the races and should not be overlooked. Monday, May 12 HEAD HONCHO (CLMHCP30/40000) tucked early, rallied the final quarter with cover chasing the speedy leader, closed with good pace and was up for second in good try.
