ADKINS HANOVER (CLMHCP20/30000) set the pace and could not last. Beaten favorite should be tighter in next.

SEAWIND PASCALE (NW3) wired the field and had plenty left. Should be a factor in next few efforts.

GRIN FOR MONEY (NW11000) finished strongest from third over and seems capable of taking another soon.

TOTAL LEE (NW3FM) closed well but was outkicked by the favorite. Will find a field to beat in near future.

GEAR BOX (NW3) brushed, crushed and looms large for repeat winner.

Monday, January 5

BAGS FOR ALL (NW2) jogged along and drew off when tested headstretch. Should be able to take another.

RAY HALL (NW15000) was in traffic heading home, followed the winner between horses and closed steadily seeming to have more. If he had cleared earlier, he would have gotten more.

RANDYS PLAN (NW1) was seemingly lost at the rear of the pack in the final turn but found a gear heading home and was all but airborne to the wire.

COWBOY CODY (CLM8/10000) put in a good down the road effort but could not last. May be tighter in next or the track could be more favorable.
