Daily Racing Form has served as the most trusted source of news and information about the sport since 1894, and moving forward we have decided to provide a free daily playbook – something that both hardcore horseplayers and casual observers can reference to get informed of each day’s action. 1:26 TAM 3rd WANDERING WEST (#1, 6-1) goes back to two turns after sprinting in his second start off the layoff but he ran a strong race in defeat at this distance in his first start off the brief layoff; figures to be well spotted from the start just off expected pacesetter Golden Juan, and he could in fact get first run at that rival, who may not want to go this far. -Kenny Peck 1:50 AQU 2nd TRADE SECRET (#7, 6-1) has races in her past that will give her a shot here, and she appeared to run an improved race two back when gamely gaining ground at a big price sprinting; was unable to impact over this distance last time when forced into an early wide run from last in a race that was not coming back for her; needs another step forward but will be a price and switches to a more aggressive rider. -Mike Beer 1:57 TAM 4th IM STILL BRAVE (#2, 12-1) didn't break well in that last one and seemed to lose his best chance after hitting the gate at the start; he ran well against a good rail two back, and today he goes back to seven furlongs, and though he weakened in his most recent try at this distance he figures to be more forwardly placed from the start this time around. -Kenny Peck  2:20 AQU 3rd BOLT D'PLATA (#2, 6-1) made a dangerous run to contention when in against of a couple of these same rivals last month but the last run was the best run in that race and he wound up flattening out late; needs his run timed perfectly over this distance, but he is getting better and matches up well with this field. -Mike Beer  2:24 LRL 5th AEQUOR (#6, 9-2), listed as a Laurel vet scratch on 10/28 and an Aqueduct vet scratch on 11/26, returns from 154-day layoff at a reduced level, but it's worth noting he scored the last two times he was offered for sale. Doesn't have any early speed, and will need a little bit of pace luck, but was in tough two back against first-level allowance foes, then couldn't rally over speed-friendly track on 10/6 (Grand Wiser then won an allowance at Penn National with an 83 Beyer). Barn went 9 for the last 30 (30%, $2.90 ROI). -Dan Illman  2:40 GP 4th TIZ ENOUGH (#1, 10-1) took the worst of the trips behind next out winner Worldly Beauty when many of these gathered on Jan. 25, the veteran now dropping to this level for first time in her career. Might be worth a peak at square price re-uniting with Gonzalez who was aboard for a series of big efforts earlier in her career. -Mike Welsch  2:52 LRL 6th We'll learn a little more about MISTER AGENT (#6, 6-1), who steps up significantly in class after a good-figure victory for $20,000. Tracked three wide, advanced to split horses in tandem with a wide-running runner-up, then got the better of that foe while racing along the rail in the lane. He seemed to appreciate getting back on fast ground after a couple of wet track appearances, and showed that he could sit and pass horses if necessary. -Dan Illman  3:10 GP 5th PARADE RING (#7, 8-1) ran too good sprinting over this surface debuting last summer at the Spa not to give a look at a fair price making second start of current form cycle and on turn back after being hung wide every step of the way trying a mile last time. Beaten just a length by even money winner in that promising career bow while necked for second money by a filly who came back to win her next start with a 76 Beyer. -Mike Welsch  3:17 OP 4th BOURBON ON FIRE (#8, 9-2) split a large field last time and owns competitive Beyer Figures. -Mary Rampellini  3:22 LRL 7th TIZ VINNO (#1, 6-1) cleared off to set a slow three-ply pace from the rail, prompted inside the odds-on winner after a half-mile, eased out when that one grabbed a lonely lead, then stayed gamely for a non-threatening second. Her tactical speed should have her right there when the field turns into the long stretch. -Dan Illman 3:34 TAM 7th NIMMO (#8, 10-1) was up against it in his two-turn debut last time in terms of race flow, as he was off the pace in a race lacking speed and he was unable to threaten; down in price and now on the turf, and though the dam was unraced sire Yoshida was a Grade 1 winner on the turf. -Kenny Peck  4:05 TAM 8th BIG BUCKSALOT (#5, 9-2) is a DRF Best Bet (Kenny Peck). 4:31 AQU 7th WARRIORS REVENGE (#5, 12-1) did not go aggressively after breaking on top and went evenly in the stretch when finishing behind three of these same rivals last time, though that was still a step in the right direction following a dismal return from the long layoff; his tactical speed plays in this field and he is dangerous if he can get all the way back making his third start off the layoff. -Mike Beer  4:37 GP 8th TAP GOLD (#6, 6-1) came off extended vacation, ran to brilliant works to win for third time in five starts over the Tapeta but seems equally adept on grass and came back with another strong a.m. showing off that recent tally. May again stand some catching if able to relax long enough up front despite the class hike. -Mike Welsch  4:50 OP 7th TEST PILOT (#13, 4-1) is on the also-eligible list, but would be a chief contender were he to draw into the body of the race. He faced steeper last time and is making his second start off a layoff. -Mary Rampellini  5:14 GG 3rd The mere fact that I AM AMADEO (#2, 6-1) has run past a horse on occasion is proof enough that the 4-year-old gelding is capable of winning this modest $12,500 claimer at six furlongs. Winless in five starts, I Am Amadeo was a well-beaten second in a race at this level at 5 1-2 furlongs on Feb. 11, closing steadily through the stretch from the back of the field. With Atta Boy Lloyd expected to set the pace, and this race at a slightly longer distance, I Am Amadeo has his best chance for a breakthrough win. -Steve Andersen  5:32 SA 5th BILLY'S BET (#5, 5-2) drops into a claiming race for the first time, with speed figures consistently higher than his rivals in this $25k claiming N2L turf mile. 'BET is the only entrant who has not lost at this bottom (turf) class level. -Brad Free 6:52 GG 6th DUPLICATION (#7, 5-1) returns to action after a troubled second in mid-February. Duplication was second in a conditional $5,000 claimer at six furlongs on Feb. 18, racing behind rivals on the turn and in traffic entering the stretch. He was unable to catch race winner Big Don's Smiling, who was clear on the lead throughout. Duplication should be closing, and will have a pace to follow courtesy of Driver's Ed and Elcondor, who start from the inside two post positions. -Steve Andersen
