Daily Racing Form Announces Exclusive Multi-Year Licensing Agreement With Timeform U.K.

NEW YORK (Oct. 27, 2016) – Daily Racing Form and Timeform U.K. have entered into an exclusive long-term North American licensing agreement to include Timeform’s best-in-class ratings for European racing within all Daily Racing Form products effective immediately. Timeform ratings have been the European gold standard for Thoroughbred speed ratings since 1948 and are widely accepted as the definitive assessment of European racing merit.

Beginning with DRF’s Breeders’ Cup Advance issue available now, Timeform ratings for overseas shippers will be integrated into all DRF products and services, across both digital and print platforms. This includes, but is not limited to DRF’s Classic past performances, DRF’s premier Formulator and the value-oriented Daily Racing Program. Timeform has an international reputation for accuracy and objectivity, and just as Beyer Speed Figures help handicappers assess the difference between North American horses, Timeform Ratings do the same for European horses.
