The Skinny
This little colt has a nice low action, and seemed to be on the improve before that Wood Memorial debacle. Reportedly displaced his palate in the Wood, and will race with three glue-on shoes in the Preakness. Late-runner hopes to duplicate fellow New York-bred Funny Cide's Preakness heroics, and should get a fast pace to run at. His Beyers pale in comparison to those of the top contenders, however, and he has yet to prove his mettle against the very best of his generation. Have to side with others on the win end of things.
