Rich Crab Cakes
Sinfully rich and delicious!

Ingredients:
1 lb. crab meat (backfin or jumbo lump)
1 tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup thick cream
1/8 lb. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Cayenne pepper to taste

Instructions:
Mix crab and flour and stir gently to coat. Add egg, cream and seasonings together. Pour over crab and mix gently. Melt butter in a heavy skillet and drop large spoonfuls of crab mixture into hot butter. Brown on both sides. Makes 8 cakes.



Homestyle Crab Cakes
A classic Maryland style crab cake!

Ingredients:
1 lb. crab meat (backfin or lump)
2 slices bread (crust removed)
Milk
1 egg beaten
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning or J.O. Spice
1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions:
In bowl, break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk. Add all remaining ingredients except crab and mix. Pick over crab meat to remove shell particles. Add crab meat to mixture, mixing gently but thoroughly. Shape into six patties and chill 30 minutes. Pan fry in a little butter or oil until brown on each side or broil in oven until browned. Enjoy!



Grill Meister Crab Cakes
From the maker of Spankin' Sauce is this tasty crab cake recipe.

Ingredients:
1 lb. crab meat
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 or 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Grill Meister's Hot Mustard
Pepper & Old Bay Seasoning to taste

Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients (except crab meat) together in a bowl. Add crab meat and mix gently. Form into cakes and broil or fry until golden brown.



Old Bay Crab Cakes
A standard Old Bay Crab Cake recipe that's been around for over 50 years!

Ingredients:
2 slices dried bread, crusts removed
Milk
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 lb. lump or backfin crabmeat

Instructions:
In a bowl, break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk. Add remaining ingredients except crabmeat and mix lightly. Add crabmeat and mix gently so you do not to break up the large pieces of crab. Shape into patties and broil or fry until golden brown on both sides. Makes 4-6 servings.



Poor Man's Crab Cakes
A meatless alternative!

Ingredients:
2 cups shredded zucchini (unpeeled)
2 cups bread crumbs
1 egg
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard (optional)
1 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
Oil

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and shape into patties. Pan fry or deep fry in oil until brown.
