Bio: Ragab says horseplaying is in his blood. His grandfather was a horseplayer in Africa, and his brother-in-law is also a regular player. His top handicapping moments so far include a $13,000 pick 6 at Santa Anita in April 2004, and his first-place prize of $11,000 in the 2004 Reno Hilton Winter Challenge.
