Bio: Finished second of 125 players in Gulfstream's prestigious Turf-Vivor III handicapping tournament. Entered the final round of the head-to-head tournament bracket-style competition as the No. 1 seed, but finished second by $19. Earned a total of $12,000 in prize money in his first attempt at qualifying for the NHC. Hogan's family owned a neighborhood tavern in the Bronx that was a horseplayer's haven. On slow days, his father would ask him to bartend while he and his friends went to the track. Enjoys motorcycle riding and has attended rallies across the country with his girlfriend, Marcia. Considers Bike Week a Daytona to be "the greatest show on earth."
