Bio: This well-known public handicapper has been playing in handicapping tournaments since the old World Series of Handicapping at Penn National, where his top placing was a third-place finish with a prize of $14,000. First went to the races when his father took him to the track in Cleveland when the Cleveland Indians game he was supposed to attend was rained out.
