Bio: Qualified for the National Handicapping Championship for the second time after finishing 142nd in NHC III as a member of the Brisnet team. Top tournament finishes include winning the lone Autotote On The Wire qualifying contest in 2004, and earning $10,000 for winning the Brisnet online handicapping contest in the fall of 2001. Also one hit a pick 6 at Belmont for $15,700. Bart has completed in three NYC marathons, and also played guitar in a rock band before "it became legit". Enjoys taking his sons to the track, even though they bet with his money.
