Bio: Qualified for his second National Handicapping Championship with his third-place finish in the Lone Star Park Handicapping Championship tournament. Finished 92nd in NHC IV in Jan. 2003 as a member of the team from Sam Houston. Earned $1,000 for his finish in the 2002 Lone Star qualifier, and $1,000 this time around at Sam Houston. Native of the Philippines later became interested in horse racing by watching the Kentucky Derby on television, and he went to the track for the first time on opening day at Sam Houston in 1994. His largest mutuel payoff was a winning pick 6 for $45,000. Besides racing, he also enjoys golf and travel.
