Bio: Qualified for the National Handicapping Championship for the second time. Finished in 86th place in NHC I in Jan. 2000 after qualifying the year before at Aqueduct. Public handicapper is best known for his "Grass is Greener" handicapping selections, which have been included in many publications, including Daily Racing Form and the New York Post in the early 1990s. His picks currently appear on the website for Nassau County (NY) off-track betting, and can be seen throughout the year at various handicapping seminars in Long Island, New York.
