Bio: Boylešs tavern is located right down the street from Monmouth Park. He became interested in racing by watching replays on his local cable system. His top handicapping moments include hitting a twin trifecta for $89,000, and winning the $20,000 first prize in the Bradley Teletheater Handicapping Challenge. Joseph would like to visit every racetrack in the country and tries to visit at least two new racetracks a year to achieve that goal.
