Bio: Atwell was introduced to horse racing as a child by his parents and is an avid researcher of Thoroughbred pedigrees. Finished first in the 1996 Cal-Neva World Championship of Race Horse Handicapping in Reno, Nev. and earned $33,398. Once hit a superfecta for $10,565.
