Bio: Her parents, Joe and Valerie Hinson, who are regarded as two of the most accomplished players competing on the handicapping tournament circuit introduced her to horse racing and she has been handicapping for over 10 years. Between them, the family has won dozens of major handicapping titles, and hundreds of thousands of dollars in prize money over the past 15-20 years. Kelly's most memorable handicapping moment is winning the Turfviver tournament at Gulfstream Park. Her special interests include Yoga and fitness training. Phillips is the daughter of Joe and Valerie Hinson, who are regarded as two of the most accomplished players competing on the handicapping tournament circuit.
