Bio: Qualified for the National Handicapping Championship for the second time. Finished 164th at NHC III in Jan. 2002. Introduced to horse racing in high school when a friend took him to Santa Anita to watch a first starter owned by his father's boss. The horse won at 35-1 and was hooked for life when he cashed a $5 place bet him. Special interests include collecting NASCAR diecast replica cars (he owns more than 3,000).
