Home: Milton, Wash. Age: 49 Occupation: UPS driver. Road to the Finals: Won The Ultimate Qualifying Round at Emerald Downs on July 28. Bio: Was introduced to the track by his grandmother, and has been a racing fan for over 32 years. He still remembers the greatest tip he ever got at the track. One day when doing poorly, he noticed the women next to him cashed a bet on every race. He finally asked for a tip and the lady replied "I like Dippity Do because I use it in my hair." He bet $50 to win on Dippity Do, and the horse won at odds of 60-1.
