Your Out cruises at Delaware

Your Out will be headed for bigger challenges after cruising to a 3 1/2-length victory in Tuesday's $55,000 Summer King Stakes at Delaware Park.

Trainer H. Graham Motion said he will take a long look at the Obeah, a $100,000 stakes at 1 1/8 miles on June 22 at Delaware, as the next start for Your Out, a 4-year-old filly who has won six of 12 lifetime starts. If she handles that test, the long-range goal could be the $600,000 Delaware Handicap at 1 1/4 miles on July 21.

Your Out was entered in last Saturday's Gallorette Handicap, a Grade 3 stakes worth $125,000 over Pimlico's turf course. But Motion said he intended to allow Your Out to run only if the race was moved to the main track. When the race stayed on turf, Your Out scratched in favor of the Summer King.

Your Out ($4.80), ridden by Ramon Dominguez, sat back in sixth place in a field of seven fillies and mares for the first five furlongs of the mile and 70-yard Summer King. She made a quick move to challenge for the lead while moving four wide on the turn and pulled away from runner-up Kiss a Miss to win for the first time in four starts this year. Your Out covered the distance in 1:40.33.
