Best Bet: SHE SAID (11th) Spot Play: SETNTHEWORLDONFIRE (9th) MEET STATS: 79 - 443 / $599.30 BEST BETS: 13 - 39 / $74.90 Race 1 Canadian invader (4) BUGGER BRUISER seems to be in a perfect spot to boss these if he is at his best. (5) SAMMY THE BULL N came close to getting the job done last out, missing the score by a half of a length. Post hurts for (8) MCCLINCHIE N but he has positional speed to get a clean trip; factor. Race 2 (1) SHOWMEYOURGUNS took the pocket route last time out on his way to victory. Gelding now moves to the fence and he catches a weak field for the repeat. (6) WARRAWEE PERFERRED has scored in his last two upstate but in order for him to make the three-peat, he has to get it done from door number six so it is quite possible. (3) WILD SMILE put in a mild rally for the show spot last time out. Can be right in the mix with a favorable trip. Race 3 (2) PITTSTOP EMERALD took them down the road for all the marbles last out at Saratoga. Trotting filly is good as any in here so the repeat is clearly not out of the question. (6) THE RUSSIAN SPY put in a fair qualifier at Vernon on 4-27 for her 2018 debut; threat. (1) RED WIES AND BLUE her qualifier at Philly was good for her first try in 2018; do not overlook her from the rail. Race 4 (3) MS INDEPENDENCE PV Sharp in her victory in her Maryland finale. Trotting miss should handle the half-mile oval and she does have tactical speed; the pick. (1) LOTTA makes her 2018 debut, draws the rail and she has some early zip to be a factor in here. (4) SHAZAMM is also making her first start of the year she does have a win over this oval last fall; watch out. Race 5 (3) MISS MUSCLE was in over her head in the Mongeon final at Saratoga recently. Now filly moves to a perfect spot and she does have every right to take this if she minds her manners. (1) EXECUTIVE DECISION put in a sharp qualifier at Vernon on 4-27 and she will leave from door number one she could be a player if she gets a clean trip.  Consistent (7) EUNICE makes her 2018 debut coming off a fine qualifier at Pocono on 4-25 so she is not out of this. Race 6 (4) LADY RAM might be the speed of the speed and trainer Burke goes to his main-man Brennan to get this filly back into the winner's circle. Based on her last two tries (6) SASSY MASSY is knocking at the door. Dangerous despite the move to the 6-hole. (8) BABY WANTS gets a bad draw but she is as good as any so filly merits consideration in all the exotic slots. Race 7 Making her 2018 debut (3) PLUNGE BLUE CHIP does know how to get the job done at the Hilltop. Has won nine of ten last year so she could boss these at first asking if ready.  (1) HAULIN BANC has wheeled off two straight victories from Plainridge. Could have a say in the outcome from the pole position. (4) TRIBUTE TO SEVEN was on her way to an easy victory in her Philly finale so she is very capable of making an impact with these. Race 8 (2) LOGETTA HANOVER took them down the road at Pocono for the score last time out. She fits well in this event so she could greet the camera operator for pictures with a similar effort. By way of Canada (1) ALLOVERAGAIN retains the rail where she was the boss wire-to-window so she appears to be the main danger. (4) FURY ROAD makes her 2018 debut off a good qualifier at the Meadowlands on 4-14; watch out. Race 9 (2) SETNTHEWORLDONFIRE put in a decent qualifier at Philly on 5-1 so it appears this trotting filly could put her best foot forward against these. (4) JORDAN BLUE CHIP was nailed for win honors in her Woodbine finale so there is talent here; threat. (3) PUMA BLUE CHIP was excellent in the Weiss series at Pocono and if she handles the move to Yonkers, it could be game over for the rest but she will need a clean trip. Race 10 (2) CAVIART CODY put in a sharp performance at the Big M recently missing the victory by a neck. Filly has the tactical speed to work out a favorable trip and take these if she is at her best. (3) MOOSHKA STRIDE tipped out at the three-quarter pole and mowed them down to win by a head last time around. Trotting miss is good enough for the repeat if she could return to her last effort. (5) LUCKY RAINBOW makes her return to Yonkers off her last two fine starts at the Meadowlands so she is not out of this by far. Race 11 Pacing mare (1) SHE SAID might be heading in the right direction missing the victory by a half of a length last time out. This seems to be a better spot for her to seek her first score of the year, so she could take these to task if she is at her best. (3) FUTURE LIFE was a game second last time around at Monticello so she merits respect. (8) TOMEI SEELSTER has the most wins of the group and her last try she took them down the road for win honors. Post hurts tonight but with her early zip, she can grab an excellent spot in the early stages; do not overlook. [DRF HARNESS NEWSLETTER: Sign Up for the FREE DRF Harness Newsletter.
