Best Bet: ROMANCING RACHEL (9th) Spot Play: ONTHEROAD DE VIE (2nd) MEET STATS: 67 - 387 / $542.70 BEST BETS: 11 - 34 / $62.90 Race 1 (4) MYEYESADOREYA N ships in from the Big M with extraordinary speed. She has every right to boss these if she is able to control the tempo. (6) OUR GAMMA LADY N put in a late run for fourth money last time out but she is clearly better than her last try; threat. (2) BESTGIRLFRIENDEVER gets post relief and that could help her cause. Stands to improve tonight if she is at her best. Race 2 (6) ONTHEROAD DE VIE will try to get back into the swing of things with the drop in class. He should make his presence felt if the gelding gets a favorable trip. (5) MADHATTER BLUECHIP was very game throughout but could not get past Lucky Colby recently; player. (3) POWERFUL YIELD came extremely wide approaching the three-quarter pole but he just could not get to Multitaskr Hanover last week. He can move forward with a better-timed run. Race 3 (5) IMA TRAGEDY N comes out of two consecutive decent races so he seems to be knocking at the door. Should get an honest pace to chase and could improve here if he gets a better setup than he did in either of his last two. (1) ARI ALLSTAR was good sitting in the pocket most of the way but could not hold off the challenge of Mcspidey & Annihilator respectably. Has the speed to be dangerous from the pole position. (3) FANCY FOOTWORK will need a better trip than he did in his last start. He is in a good spot as any of these as this is a relatively weak field; consider. Race 4 (3) WINNERESS was dull from the 8-hole in the series last week. The good news is he will now get a shot at glory from the fence, where he made the second leg of the series a winning one in a snappy 1:57 2/5. Figures to be prominent from the start, inside post and tactical speed should translate to a favorable trip. (1A) LE REVEUR N tried to take them all the way but was nailed for win honors by Tyson in the third round of the series. (6) HOOFIN IT Gelding is very consistent hitting the board but he is still seeking his first score of the year. Outside post hurts but has the positional speed to work out an ideal stalking trip; watch out. Race 5 Trotting mare (5) TICKET TO SEATTLE was no match for Bluebird Jesse in the series last time out however her last trip seems to be an indication she will move forward. She has three wins most of any in this group. Could be tough to reel in if she minds her manners. (2) FRANKIE MULLINS did not have the best of trips last time around so maybe he will get back into the swing of things; possible. (1) THE LAST CHAPTER Gelding has put in two third-place finishes in a row, retains the rail slot and Brett Miller is keeping the faith with this trotter so basically he is not out of this. Race 6 (2) KJ ERICH took charge right from the start however was caught at the wire by Brian J and the latter was sitting a nice 3-hole trip to get the job done. He does seem to have a fondness for the NW$5K ranks and Brennan retains the drive; win candidate. (7) UF ROCKIN DRAGON did not fire in his Pocono finale but now he moves back to Yonkers where he was a sharp second two starts ago; threat. (5) CAVIART SKYLER ran a splendid race at Philly last out and he is one of the expected speeds; factor. Race 7 (3) GONNA FLY figures to be forwardly placed throughout, based on his last two trips to the post. Has every right to improve if he gets a better setup then he did in either of his last two tries. (4) OSVALDO BLUE CHIP took the pocket route on his way to his second straight score recently. The main danger but he has to run back to his last two starts; capable. (1) LIFE STRIKES gets class relief and moves to the pole position. Expecting improvement if he is able to control the tempo from his rail slot. Race 8 (6) KING ROYALTY was very wide turning for home but could not past Buckle Up at the wire but the latter enjoyed a loose lead. Gelding stands to improve tonight and zoom on by these but he need a better-timed run. (3) GRANDPA DON makes his return to the Hilltop where he made March 5 a winning one at this level; threat. (1) BUCKLE UP took them all the way and just held on by a nose recently. Should control the tempo once again but there are other speeds in here; consider. Race 9 The gutsy mare (1A) ROMANCING RACHEL will try to take these boys to task. Aces and Eights enjoyed an easy lead and never looked back, so hopefully she has saved the best for last and use her tactical speed to work out an ideal stalking trip; the pick. Her stablemate (1) SEASONED SAINT could be the one to beat as he is unbeaten in the series and his last one he was the boss down the road; powerful entry. (2) BLUEBIRD JESSE got the job done in the third round of the series via the pocket. He should make his presence felt against these.  (4) OPTIMIST BLUE CHIP is one of the expected speeds and the gelding figures to be prominent from the start. Race 10 (8) DONGAL RUNDLSCRK N is trying to grab her first N.A. victory however he must deal with moving from the 4-hole to door number eight. She did flash speed at this level before tiring as the favorite. So if she could revert to her March 30 run she could be a prime contender against these; we shall see. (3) ARMBRO COURAGE N takes a fair drop in class and gets a better post. Worth consideration if she gets a favorable trip. (1) ROBIN J leaves the 6-hole and the rail adds to the appeal; do not overlook this mare. Race 11 (6) KIWI IDEAL N did have good late kick for fourth money in his Freehold finale. Returns to Yonkers when he was lost in the fog, but he was a fast closing third losing by only a length and a half. Can roll past these if he brings his A-game to the table. (1) CHANGE STRIDE N moves back down to a better level, gets the rail slot and Bartlett has the assignment. He is quite dangerous in this event if he is able to control the tempo. (7) POINTOMYGRANSON has tactical speed and drops a notch in class, must overcome the move to the 7-hole. Is well-versed at the Hilltop and has a useful stalking kind of style; consider.
