MEET STATS: 297 - 903 / $1639.10  BEST BETS: 43 - 72 / $148.80

Best Bet: GRATIAN HANOVER (3rd)

Spot Play: NOBETTORPLACETOBE (6th)

Race 1

(4) BROWN COLOR was a good second in his local debut for Allard and he should take the next logical step forward today. (3) OLD MAN CLEARY was third best behind the top choice and MacDonald should have him involved early. (2) PRINCE ALAND doesn't look like a match for the top ones but with the inside draw he can be used underneath.

Race 2

(2) LOVELY JAN picks up a nice driver change to Dube and the filly could be ready to fire her best. (5) EASTON ROAD shipped down from Canada and disposed of lesser at Freehold; Nifty Norman trainee looks like he'll fit well here. (1) BETTER TO BE LUCKY has speed, the best draw and the leading driver.

Race 3

(3) GRATIAN HANOVER raced well from the eight hole first-time Burke and with the improved post he looks like the one to beat at a short price. (1) AMORA BEACH ships from Pennsylvania for Surick, has some speed and draws best. (4) MAURICE will look to save ground, shake free and fire late.

Race 4

(1) SOTO has been facing better all season and has no excuse to fail here. (5) ARTSMAH was a sharp winner versus lesser upon arrival. (3) ULTIMATE G runs hot and cold but a good effort puts him in the mix.

Race 5

(1) APOSTLES CREED is another Takter trainee who drops out of NYSS competition, draws best and will be a short price. (3) ACCENTURE HANOVER arrives from Canada, joins the Mark Ford barn, has speed and seems well mannered. (4) DIVISIONIST has made good money this season for Charlie Norris and Bartlett catch-drives today; obvious contender.

Race 6

(7) NOBETTORPLACETOBE raced well at Vernon versus statebreds in his debut for the Burke barn and he's likely to show more improvement today. (1) CHUCARO ACERO BC finally put it all together last week and he lands the best post again; threat. (2) ABERDEEN HANOVER has a win and second in three starts at this level and the inside draw makes him a player again.

Race 7

(1) COIN COLLECTOR was a good second two back, her debut for the Burke barn, and last out she broke leaving. From this spot Brennan may try to wire this bulky field. (11) MASSIVE LIGHTNING has raced well with the hobbles added and he's got a chance with smooth sailing from the second tier. (7) GABE THE BEAR DEAN is winless on the season and lands a tough post but note that Stratton drives today; consider at a big price.

Race 8

There's a few interesting angles in this race. (8) MERGATROID makes her debut for the Svanstedt barn and lures Dube. (11) FLASHBACK debuts for Allard via claim; obvious player. (12) KICKFLIP goes second-time with the hobbles and behaved himself last week. (2) DIAMONDS R US is feeling good and looks for two straight. (7) MEADOWVIEW ARNY will be put in play early for the potent Banca/Bartlett combo. Tough race.

Race 9

(4) HEADSAREGONNA TURN ships from Michigan off a series of solid efforts and joins the Buter barn; this is a live angle and this gelding should be followed. (2) MAGIC WILL WORK has been solid since shipping in and she debuts for Allard off the claim. (1) FONDANT lands inside and raced willingly when last seen here.

Race 10

(5) THERESADEMONINME raced decently with much better in his two starts since shipping from Canada and he gets serious class relief today. (8) ZORGWIJK NOVA was shuffled back in her local debut; she's got speed and Bartlett may be firing. (10) CAPTURE THE MEMORY is up in class again off a bottom-out effort.

Race 11

(9) MILITARY BLUE narrowed the gap nicely on the runaway leader to be second best last out and he can move forward off that effort. (3) NORTHERN OBSESSION is up in class for the Garcia-Herrera barn off a big victory. (6) THE LEHIGH LEGEND will be blasting early and setting the pace but the extra 1/4 mile concerns me.

Race 12

(5) INDIANA CAM arrives from Ohio, where he's taken three straight in solid fashion and he joins Team Allard; lots to like. (7) ROLAND N ROCK finished 4th to Wakizashi Hanover and Freaky Feet Pete last out which is certainly a nice accomplishment. 3-year-old fits nicely here. (1) CAVIART LUCA needed last week's start and draws best.
