Best Bet: SOHO JACKMAN A (4th) Spot Play: VILLAGE JESSICA (1st) MEET STATS: 188 - 592 / $1,058.10 BEST BETS: 28 - 48 / $96.90 Race 1 (4) VILLAGE JESSICA drops to the basement off an improved try and the veteran is a serious threat to take these wire-to-wire. (2) SKINNY DIPPER was aggressively handled last out at a big price and tired; disappointing mare always seems capable of better. (6) FROG POND PRINCESS seems to have found a home at this level but she faces some tough ones inside of her tonight. Race 2 (6) GIRLY COCKTAIL could not hold off late pressure upon arrival but the filly should be tighter tonight while facing nothing special. (7) COACH CUMMINGS is hampered by his outside post but the Schnittker trainee has been racing well with these. (3) THE ONE AND ONLY wasn't bad two back in his seasonal debut. Race 3 (6) MIDNIGHT EXPRESS S held gamely after being used in the early stages upon arrival and the Svanstedt trainee seems talented enough to repeat. (2) GRAMMY WINNER has raced well to be second best in her two seasonal starts and she can build off those efforts. (5) APERFECTRUBY ships in to make her local debut for connections that always have success here with trotters. Race 4 (1) SOHO JACKMAN A has been crying out for post relief and the veteran won't let the opportunity pass. (5) BEAST MODE seems to be better than he's showing; can Sears generate some early speed out of him? (2) GOLDEN GESTURE hasn't been good in a while but he should be able to hang around for a share from this spot. Race 5 (5) LAW OF ATTRACTION was good last week upon arrival with both early and late speed; Harmon trainee looks like he'll be sent to the front and he can take these the distance. (1) ANNAPOLIS HALL was a solid uncovered winner for Schnittker beating the top choice in the process; obvious player again. (4) SWEETASCANTAB has looked like he's shown some improvement since moving to a new barn. Race 6 (6) SWAN FOREVER rallied nicely for third last out in a good acclimating mile and the Erv Miller trainee looks to be the best price of the contenders. (8) HYBRID HENRY was overtaken on the front end in his debut for new connections but he should be forwardly placed again and the price will be better. (3) TOUR DE LINDY was a game uncovered winner last week and can certainly repeat. Race 7 (5) FIRST CLASS HORSE dropped and popped last week but he's more than capable of repeating versus better. (6) SETTLEMOIR flattened after a tough trip last out and he may be in for another tough one tonight but he certainly fits with these and must be considered. (7) SIMPLY SUSATIONAL N has been a disappointment for Stalbaum but he cannot be ignored dropping to a new low. Race 8 (3) BURNING SHORE drops for the third consecutive start after coming back from vacation and I have to assume he'll be showing more tonight. (6) MR EUROMAN N was uncovered and never threatened into a well-rated pace last week as the well-bet favorite; price will be a bit more attractive here. (2) ROCKIN MACHINE ships in for Team Bongiorno after lacking late stamina on the bigger tracks. Race 9 (3) ACES AND EIGHTS has looked much safer since moving to the Schnittker barn and last week's uncovered effort wasn't half bad; he may only be a clean trip away from posting a mild upset. (1) THE LAST CHAPTER was been a strong winner in his last two and will be a short price to take another. (5) PRICELESSPOSSESSION fits this level well for Abbatiello and should be coming late for a share. Race 10 (5) TEXAS TERROR N has missed some time which may be a bit of a concern but if he's ready to go he's classy enough to handle these. (2) BEACH BOOGIE took care of business in a softer spot last week and the Allard trainee seems sharp enough to put forth another good effort.
