Best Bet: WINDSONG LEO (7th) Spot Play: KENNEL BUDDY (4th) MEET STATS: 214 - 664 / $1,225.90 BEST BETS: 30 - 55 / $103.90 Race 1 (7) IN SECRET has been super in his last two out of town and obviously he's a proven commodity at Yonkers; veteran deserves top billing. (9) BUEN CAMINO hit the ticket in his last two local Open tries and he can add value here with a smooth trip. (8) TIGHT LINES was a strong and wrapped-up winner last week but he may have too far to come from this spot. Race 2 (2) MADMAN HALL raced willingly last week facing better and he seems to have too much class for these. (4) MR COOL SEAEYRE N has been a bit of a disappointment for Stalbaum but he was facing better when last seen here and he seems capable of some improvement. (3) MIGHTY SURF seems to have perked up a bit at Plainridge and she's raced well here in the past. Race 3 (1) ARRIKIS has speed, is smoothly gaited, lands inside and could take these a long way. Both (6) WINGS OF ROYALTY and (9) CRAZY ABOUT PAT are classier than the top choice but have been rather inconsistent of late. Race 4 (5) KENNEL BUDDY ships into Yonkers and the recent addition to the Allard barn could fit right into this soft field. (1) HERE'S THE MAGIC should be on or near the lead throughout. (6) QUEEN'S LONELY EARL looks like another good fit with this type and the veteran does like to win. Race 5 (3) CONSOLIDATOR was outbattled by a classy rival last out and deserves a follow-up play off that effort. (1) MOSTINTERESTINGMAN did not fire his best shot last out and is capable of better. (6) ROSE RUN SYDNEY ships to the east coast and the mare has had quite a run in Ohio and Indiana; player. Race 6 (5) MADHATTER BLUECHIP has been racing very well of late and the versatile veteran is a smooth trip away from cashing here. (1) KRONWALL was close up at a big price last week and should get a live trip from this spot. (2) SUMATRA can never be ignored with this type, especially from a good post. Race 7 (2) WINDSONG LEO somehow gets to drop in class off an easy front-end score and he should have no trouble repeating. (3) CHUMLEE A has been looking better recently and Stalbaum may look for the trip behind the top choice. (4) ABNER THE GREAT seems to fit with this type but unfortunately is stuck outside a couple of tough ones. Race 8 (1) BETTOR ROCK ON N is stull shut out on the season and is running out of excuses. With that said, I'll still play him. (8) SPORTS BETTOR closed well last week and can be a threat here if he can find his way into the race. (5) AVATARTIST has put in some nice efforts across the river. Race 9 (5) CHACHING HANOVER did flatten in the late stages last week but he was used hard early; he seems fast enough to go with this type and should be a decent price. (1) LUCIANO N has speed and the best draw; down the road? (2) MACHTU N raced just three days ago and had a tough trip; he can save ground here and show more late. Race 10 (3) JENERAL PATTON has been slow to get underway this year but maybe that last win is an indication he's turning things around. (8) JK WILL POWER just missed at this level two back but may be done in by the draw. (2) CONTROL TOWER is a recent addition to the Surick barn who may fit nicely with this type.
