(3) GURAL HANOVER ships in for Burke off a sharp score at The Big M and he certainly has the class to go with these. (2) B YOYO seems to be cycling back to good form for Team Bongiorno and he'll never be that far back in this short but select field. Race 2 (4) ROMANCING RACHEL was a good second from the eight hole in an added-distance event upon arrival for Allard and the filly can take these the distance today. (2) HIGH GLIDER draws well, picks up Bartlett and will be a player if he can navigate the half mile. (6) HOLIDAY PROMISE has flashed good speed in all recent efforts. Race 3 (1) ALL THIS COMMOTION was within reach from the pocket two back but broke in the stretch; recent addition to the DiDomenico barn followed that up with a win at Philly and he returns here with the best post. (6) BARN SIS moved into the Banca barn and qualified nicely; worth a look. (2) FLAGSTAFF shortens up in distance and lands a good inside spot. Race 4 (2) BURNING SHORE arrived from Canada with just one win in 32 starts but is a perfect two-for-two at Yonkers; he moves up the ladder again but maybe he's that good. (3) THEARTOFCONFUSION A has the class and is the one to beat but isn't always the safest play at a short price. (5) AZUL POOL was a sharp winner last out and squeezes in one more local start this year but he has to tackle tougher, more seasoned foes. Race 5 (5) MONEY MAVEN hasn't been at his best recently but he's classier than these and maybe the switch to Dube shakes him up. (3) SOUTHWIND FLASH invades for Burke off some good efforts at Pocono and should fit in nicely here; 3 weeks off is a mild concern, however. (4) ER BEN was a super uncovered winner versus lesser upon arrival for Allard. Race 6 (4) CASH ME OUT simply outclasses these and should find a way to win. (9) TOBER has a tricky starting spot but he's capable with these and picks up Bartlett. (2) MOSTINTERESTINGMAN finished well last out and lands a good inside post. Race 7 (3) XTATIC HANOVER has perked up out fo town for Allard and he's raced well here in the past, when he minds his manners. (2) DOG GONE LUCKY seems way overdue for a win and picking up Stratton in the bike can't hurt. (1) RUN AND TELL PAP was close up in his first start for Burke and he does have controlling speed from this spot. Race 8 (1) SOUTHWIND CRUZE broke early last out ending his day but his prior three efforts were solid and a return to that form can get him to the winner's circle. (2) ALWAYS A GOOD TIME has been good since shipping in and joining the DiDomenico barn; major player. (5) PATTON is a fresh face and he picks up the live Anthony Napolitano in the bike. Race 9 (8) ELYSIUM LINDY gets a huge barn change here to Burke, gets Brennan in the bike and has to be followed off those angles. (10) KRONWALL looks for three straight since moving to the Allard barn. (7) I C CAVIAR is a major player at this level every start. Race 10 (5) FIJI raced well with better when last here locally and the Abbatiello charge has early options from this good midpack post. (3) TOUGH GET GOING gets a driver in the bike today after living in amateur events. (7) SEXY P V also gets a big driver upgrade; must-use. Race 11 (5) GRUDEN raced big after an early miscue upon arrival then jogged next out; Allard trainee faces better but may be up to the task. (3) EVELYN is clearly the one to beat from the Svanstedt barn. (10) NEW HEAVEN has hit the board in all four local tries for Burke.
