MEET STATS: 227 - 660 / $1185.20  BEST BETS: 39 - 54 / $126.10

Best Bet: RUSSLEY RASCAL N (3rd)

Spot Play: P H SUPERCAM (6th)

Race 1

(4) WHOLLY LOUY finished evenly last week as the leader was quitting in his face; veteran may be looking to strike off cover tonight. (5) CITY HALL may benefit from the change in venue. (1) KEHMMYWOOD was a powerful winner in his debut for Forte; I know he has a lot of money earned in last six but it's still curious to me that he's stuffed back in for the same claiming tag.

Race 2

(4) STOLEN CAR just missed last out after a prolonged uncovered bid; he's clearly ready to score. (2) MOONLITEONTHEBEACH returns locally off a game speed try at Pocono. (5) SIR MELO'S Z TAM should save early and rally late for a share, just like all of his Z Tam stablemates.

Race 3

(1) RUSSLEY RASCAL N jogged last week as my best bet; he should repeat tonight despite facing some tougher rivals. (3) HARD TO MACH couldn't hack it uncovered versus better; prior effort was sharp. (2) CODE WORD promises to be close up throughout, perhaps even in the pocket.

Race 4

(3) MONTANA PABLO A rallied very sharply last week and almost got it all; I like that Carlson's driving again. (2) SOMETHING FOR DOC returns locally at a reduced level and Brennan's back driving. (6) ESPEN DE VIE was used hard and faltered late as the favorite in this class last week.

Race 5

(4) CASHENDASH HANOVER finished very willingly in his debut for new connections off the claim; gelding finds a pretty soft NW12000 field tonight. (5) EAGLE ALL toured the track from post eight last out; he should try to leave the gate from this spot. (1) GOBAN is back after getting burnt to a crisp in his last pari-mutuel try; please don't ask me why he's even money on the morning line.

Race 6

(7) P H SUPERCAM gets the slightest of post relief tonight and I'm waiting for Bartlett to get aggressive early with the Levy champ. If he can find an early spot he'll be trouble. (4) THE REAL ONE was caught uncovered into a paceless race last out; threat with a better trip. (6) PANCETTA has been hard to fault in all recent efforts and he should pick up another check tonight.

Race 7

(2) BETTER THAN YOU got used early and proved overmatched versus Open company last week; prior three efforts since joining the Burke brigade were super. (1) ROLLWITHITHARRY gets some class and post relief; veteran is the most solid of money-earners. (5) STATION THREEOHSIX has never been better and he must be considered here.

Race 8

(6) BIG N BAD was out forever and just missed in last; four-year-old has another tough post to work with but the price should be right. (3) FAT MANS ALLEY returns locally and he was a big front-end winner when last seen here; who knew he could cut the mile? (4) DOCTOR BUTCH always races well but doesn't seem to win as often as he should.

Race 9

(3) ONE AND ONLY gets serious post relief off two wasted eight-hole tries and he was Brennan's choice. (2) TALKING BLUES also gets post and needed class relief; big threat. (1) TRACK MASTER D aimed too high last week and gapped; he should be better tonight.

Race 10

(1) CHEYENNE JEFFREY has a very poor win record but he does have speed and the best draw; sorry, I couldn't come up with anything else here. (4) OLDE TIME HOCKEY should be more involved tonight. (8) DREAMLANDS ART is stuck outside again for the third straight start off the claim; he would definitely be my top choice from a better post.

Race 11

(4) GLASS PRINCE moves to a better midpack post and the Dane, Jr. trainee only needs a smooth trip to score. (1) VILLAGE BEAT bumped up to this level off a win, took no money and made no moves last week; Bartlett will be on the lead or in the pocket tonight. (5) FAMEOUS WESTERN was super two back, couldn't reach last week.

Race 12

(2) BET THE MOON held very well after being overtaken in a quick back half last Saturday; the Burke trainee appears way overdue for a win. (1) BIG JER lacks the class of others in here but he has been in good form and he draws best. (6) MACHS BEACH BOY is overloaded with ability but I don't see how he gets involved from this spot; use underneath.
