Best Bet: BETTOR ROCK ON N (1st) Spot Play: THISJETSABOOKIN (8th) MEET STATS: 42 - 123 / $264.10 BEST BETS: 7 - 11 / $24.20 Race 1 (5) BETTOR ROCK ON N has been razor-sharp for months, including a nice second-place finish last week off the claim. He goes back to the Lance Hudson barn tonight and the versatile veteran deserves top billing. (3) ROCK N ROLL LEGACY hasn't won in a while versus this type but is a steady check-earner; post relief helps. (4) GO COLLECT N is back in claimers off a sharp pocket-rocket score. Race 2 (3) ARMOR HANOVER returns to Yonkers off two dominating wins at Monticello and he's had his moments here in the past; when he's good he's really good and that sharp form can continue here racing for more money. (6) SPRINGBANK SAM N broke in his seasonal debut but qualified back just fine; Tritton trainee is impossible not to include. (2) FEARLESS MAN was a wire-to-wire winner upon shipping from Canada and clearly he's capable of repeating; Bartlett's choice. Race 3 (1) THAT'S MY OPINION has zero current form but last week in his tour around the track for his new barn he didn't seem to go that badly, home in :27 3/5. Worth a look from the rail. (3) BEAT THE DRUM gets some post relief in his second start for 'Team Bongiorno'. (4) LACHIE MAGUIRE has been racing well in all recent and is another who should appreciate the move inside a few spots. Race 4 (5) ULITMATE SHOPPER showed some nice signs of life last week and he can build off that effort at what should be a decent price in this competitive event. (3) LE REVEUR N has raced well for Allard without a win to show for it since shipping in; the victory will come sooner rather than later. (4) WATKINS is always a steady performer, but not the most prolific winner. Race 5 (1) Q'S CRUISE ships in from Delaware for sharp connections and Tim Tetrick is here to drive; gelding more than held his own versus the best that state had to offer and the four-year-old looks like a good fit here. (5) FAMEOUS WESTERN has been sharp recently, including making a nice brush last week before flattening out; he can be a threat with a well-timed move. (2) PHIL YOUR BOOTS has speed with an inside draw and was Bartlett's choice. Race 6 (3) RUBBER DUCK raced decently last week in a much-needed start off the holiday break and the 'Team Bongiorno' charge can be ready to roll tonight from this good post assignment. (7) MELADY'S MONET has been razor sharp but as usual he has to contend with an outside post. (5) NF HAPPENSTANCE went wire-to-wire at the added distance last week, taking advantage of some early breakers. Speedy sort would be no surprise if she repeated. Race 7 (5) P H SUPERCAM put in a much-improved effort last out showing good energy at both ends and the veteran can build off that race. (2) SOMEWHERE FANCY had no chance in last but he was close up from an inside spot the start prior. (7) BLOOD BROTHER usually doesn't fire his best from outside posts but he does drop to a new low tonight. Race 8 (5) THISJETSABOOKIN has quickly emerged into a legitimate Open-type pacer and his solid early speed can set him up for a winning trip. (7) CHRISTEN ME N is a legit top-notch talent who looks ready for action off his qualifier and as previously mentioned Tetrick is here to drive; is he overbet tonight? Perhaps. (4) TAKE IT BACK TERRY was much better last week for Burke, just missing. Race 9 (3) TACO TUESDAY has raced well since moving into the Allard barn and he's behaved himself as well; versatile gelding seems to have some tactical options from this spot. (1) DOG GONE LUCKY hasn't done much wrong in his last few spots and he looms a big threat with Tetrick driving. (4) MOSTINTERESTINGMAN is fresh off a nice front-end score last Sunday. Race 10 (5) PROVOCATIVEPRINCEN was no match to two tough Open-caliber rivals last out but he was a game winner the start prior and the Tritton trainee should offer some value in this competitive event. (1) MCSPIDEY lacks the class of others but is in raging form; consider. (3) ROLAND N ROCK is always a threat with this type. Race 11 (4) ALL DOWN THE LINE could not reach last week but still finished with pace; his prior starts have proven that not only can he compete with this type but he can beat them and he usually offers a decent price. (2) ALBERTO CONTADOR N lands a good post in a field that isn't all that strong. (7) BULLET BOB does have early speed at his disposal with an aggressive driver.
