(1) TEXAS TERROR N gets major post relief after being stuck outside last week before the cancellation; veteran is a big player here but it's tough to accept a short price. (7) SEELEY MAN blew away lesser upon moving to Team Bongiorno and he may try firing from the gate again. Race 2 (1) ROLAND N ROCK drops in class, lands the best post and should be in line for a winning trip. (5) GRATIAN HANOVER was the pick last week before the snow moved in and he also lands in a live spot; main threat. (2) MACH PRIDE was an upset winner two back and also beat this type in December with Brennan driving; anything from the DiDomenico barn merits consideration. Race 3 (6) DYNAMIC YOUTH had a very nice 2017 season showing his back class and he certainly needed that first seasonal start; note the driver change tonight to Goodell. (5) SPORTS BETTOR, like most of his barnmates, is much-improved since moving to Team Bongiorno. (4) THE LUNCH PAIL has never been one of my favorites, but I like the switch to Brennan. Race 4 (3) SOTO gets much-needed post relief and the classy veteran should be lined up for a perfect trip. (1) CHUMLEE A has been sharp, draws best and anything from Team Stalbaum has to be respected. (2) PROVOCATIVEPRINCEN powered past cheaper last week and is clearly feeling good again; let's see if he can handle the hike in class. Race 5 (4) GO COLLECT N has proven himself to be a legit commodity at this $50K claiming level and he's facing a field mostly moving up in class. (2) ALLSTAR PARTNER gets post relief and can carry his speed a long way here. (7) J T was curiously claimed for $40,000 last week and is now protected moving up in price; I'll consider him for gimmicks at a big price. Race 6 (3) GOKUDO HANOVER was actually very good last out trying to overcome a tough trip; versatile sort lands a good enough post in this abbreviated field. (2) ORILLIA JOE gets a good post assignment and may be the one to catch. (5) THISJETSABOOKIN was the pick last week from the rail but they cancelled; price gets better tonight from this spot. Race 7 (6) MCSPIDEY has been super since shipping to New York and joining the Adamczyk barn; I don't quite understand the outside post assignment but I'll take a swing at what should be a decent price. (2) TAKE IT BACK TERRY looms a big player from this spot but may be overbet. (4) MACH TIME N is a recent import who's done good things for a hot barn. Race 8 (1) ROCK N ROLL LEGACY was a winner two back at this level and Bongiorno will likely be looking to take this field down the road. (2) STARSKY'S DREAM N has done little off the $40K Fusco claim but does land a better spot tonight and Bartlett sticks with him. (5) ARMABLUECHIPBOY N steps up off a sharp win versus lesser for DiDomenico. Race 9 (3) LONG LIVE ROCK makes his second start off the layoff and he figures to be tighter and more involved tonight. (1) SIMPLY SENSATIONAL N makes his U.S. debut for Stalbaum off a sharp qualifier and he may be good enough right away. (5) BULLET BOB may be firing from the gate from this spot. Race 10 (5) SOHO WALLSTREET A faltered last out at odds-on but it wasn't the easiest of trips; recent import steps up a notch but faces an evenly matched field with no standouts and the prive will certainly be better tonight. (2) SWING CITY draws well enough and was Kakaley's choice. (6) DREAM OUT LOUD N has been holding his own of late at the Open level but may be hurt by the post tonight.
