MEET STATS: 270 - 831 / $1517.30  BEST BETS: 38 - 66 / $131.60

Best Bet: JD’S CALEB MAN (10th)

Race 1

(7) TOUCH AND GO returns to a winning level and appears sharp enough to overcome the post; price may be decent as well. (4) SHEER DESIRE returns from Philly, where he had been racing evenly; he's proven to be a good fit at this basement claiming level. (2) LONG FIGHT HANOVER enters a new barn and he's got plenty of speed with a good post.

Race 2

(6) ASTOR held pretty well last out after an uncovered trip; hard to ignore anything coming from the Banca barn. (3) FRIDAYNIGHTFLIGHT returns locally, now in the Allard barn, and he makes the most sense in here but I've never been a big fan. (2) NEPTUNE was horrible when last seen at Yonkers but he may have bravened up after blowing away cheap foes at Monticello.

Race 3

(2) STONEBRIDGE TONIC gets much-needed post relief and was a solid second three back versus this type; worth a play considering the favorites look suspect. (4) MISSISSIPPI HIPPY was much better last out and looms the one to beat but he always seems to have an excuse. (5) COSMICPEDIA was reclaimed by Banca and looks for his 5th straight but he is facing tons better tonight.

Race 4

(4) VICTORIA'S MUNKY was a solid second two back versus this type and she appears way overdue. (2) OPILOLA HANOVER debuts for the Banca barn; obvious angle. (8) FROST DAMAGE BLUES is undefeated in her brief career but she lands in a tough outside spot tonight.

Race 5

(2) MARTINIQUE ships in off a blowout win at Pocono and she certainly seems fast enough to go with these. (3) SHE'S A HOT MESS seems to be a bit of an underachiever but the filly should be able to perform with this type. (1) BETTOR OUT WEST arrives from Canada and draws best; use underneath or tab for future efforts.

Race 6

(2) HEAVENLY BRIDE was a head shy from the eight hole when last in with this type; Cassar trainee should take control from this spot. (4) M A REFLING arrives from Upstate and joins the Robertson barn; Brennan's choice has hit the board in her last five. (3) MOCCASIN BLUE CHIP gets some post relief and can show more.

Race 7

(3) WILLIE BOOTS has flown home with plenty in his last two from too far back versus better; he deserves top billing tonight. (1) SCARLET CHASER showed nothing last out, but does get needed post relief. (4) LITTLE MICHAEL B drops a notch, gets some post relief and could be leaving the gate.

Race 8

(2) MEETBEHINDTHEBARN has had two eight holes and two seven holes in his last four, and hasn't raced badly, but just had no shot. Let's see what he can do tonight from the inside. (1) KEYMMYWOOD is always a player inside with these. (3) BIG TURN ON has had trouble finishing in his last few.

Race 9

(3) SHORTSTACKED was brave in defeat two back, then had no chance last week; he doesn't win all that often but he certainly looms a threat from this spot. (6) BEAT THE DRUM seems to be getting class relief in his return and the 4-year-old could make some noise. (2) MY TEMUDJIN N has been erratic since Burke got him but the talent is there.

Race 10

(1) JD'S CALEB MAN couldn't fire last week versus tough claimers after having to come uncovered; from this spot Dube's taking control and never looking back. (3) BLATANTLY BEST stopped badly on the front end last out; tonight he'll probably be stalking. (2) ROYAL HEART was Carlson's choice and he finished third last out in the tough Open for 4-year-olds.

Race 11

(2) SPARKY MARK was outbattled after cutting the pace last week; he's capable of lasting the distance tonight. (1) OHOKA TEXAS N should try to protect inside postition and can be close up throughout. (5) TYE SEELSTER started from the rail last week and worked out a perfect trip; it will be tougher tonight.

Race 12

(3) KELLI RACHELLE has raced very well in her two local appearances and she may be the best price of the contenders. (4) NIPPY W HANOVER and (1) HIPNUMBERONE both exit tough races in their last few and are tough to ignore in here.
