MEET STATS: 171 - 503 / $970.10    BEST BETS: 24 - 41 / $76.50

Spot Play: ZIP IT LOCK IT (1st)

Race 1

(3) ZIP IT LOCK IT changes hands via private purchase and she has a licence to improve. (8) MC GILLACUDY HENRY returns from a stint at The Meadowlands and I doubt Brennan will be sitting last with her. (4) NF CITISCAPE ships from Philly where she was arguably facing tougher.

Race 2

(5) GOTTA BE PERFECT did a good job to catch the pack after breaking last out; Stalbaum may be headed to the front. (2) HIGHLAND YANKEE finished with late trot after that disasterous start upon arrival. (3) H AND M'S HIT had no stretch trot after pulling the pocket last week; I don't know what to make of him tonight.

Race 3

(5) THE LAST LAUGH ships in from Maywood, where she's been dominating; hard not to like her here. (2) GODDESS'S ROSA also arrives riding a nice win streak; Sears drives. (1) SHARKETTE GIRL hasn't been awful in recent efforts out of town.

Race 4

(2) GETINONTHESECRET has tailed off in recent efforts for Allard; maybe the change in scenery and the switch to Sears will help. (5) FAT BOY raced well off the claim to be second best to the streaking Credit Limit. (4) WINBAK RED returns off a long layoff and he's faced better than these in the past.

Race 5

(2) TIRADE HANOVER was used hard in that Stakes final at Vernon and also last week in a NYSS test; speedy gelding can go down the road here. (3) BLACKWOLF RUN also has fine speed, stays flat and draws well enough. (1) ORDER BY KEEPER has been hinting at ability over at The Meadowlands.

Race 6

(1) WEST SIDE STORY ships from Canada for well-respected connections; if he can navigate the turns here he'll likely jog. (5) DEVLIN SEELSTER was a good second last week navigating the half-mile well; Morrill drives. (2) INSIDER ACCESS had a productive freshman campaign; consider underneath here with the inside draw.

Race 7

(3) E L ROCKET has done nothing wrong since joining the Burke barn; he's got a post edge on main rival (5) MODEST PRINCE. The latter went too fast at Buffalo; prior effort was a good second in the Breeders classic at Vernon. (1) IMWIDEAWAKE draws best, has Morrill driving.

Race 8

(2) JURGEN HANOVER ran into some tough ones in the Beal elimination at Pocono; Credit Winner colt should dominate here. (1) THERAPUTIC got the job done at odds-on in his first seasonal NYSS test; gelding draws best here. (8) JACKS TO OPEN hails from Burke and has the speed to overcome the eight hole.

Race 9

(2) MILITARY STRATCOM takes the drop in class he needs to get over the top. Drawing inside his main rivals helps, too. (3) LUCKY LUCKY LEO was very game in his debut for new connections. (7) OIL MAGNET may be compromised by the outside post.

Race 10

(2) ROCK TO GLORY gets some post relief in his second start back from the long vacation and the classy gelding should be ready to roll. (5) FLYING INSTRUCTOR was a solid winner in his debut for Burke. (1) CASHENDASH HANOVER was good when last seen here locally.

Race 11

(2) PLAYERS BALL ships from Maine to take a shot at big money and he finds a pretty soft field of NW8000; big driver change, too. (4) SPARKY was second best to a runaway last out. (1) TIDEWATER TOMAHAWK appears pretty logical from this spot.

Race 12

(1) JEREMEY'S SUCCESSOR has been finding his stride down at Harrington. Veteran has tons of back class and he should cruise down the road versus these. (5) SPINARAMA had a useful return effort last week. (3) SAMS ESCAPE is another with some back class.

Race 13

(1) VENUS DELIGHT has taken four of five in game fashion and she's the logical favorite from this spot. (5) WICKED ELPHABA was third best to the top one last out. (2) DRAGON'S JOJO will be more involved from this spot but she's just 2 for 39 lifetime.
