Best Bet: LINE DANCER (6th) Spot Play: PEPPER GUY (11th) MEET STATS: 227 - 694 / $1,294.60 BEST BETS: 32 - 58 / $108.40 Race 1 (2) COFFEE'S READY gets post relief and may not have to make a second move tonight to get it done. (1) PARTYON PARTYGIRL added Lasix upon arrival and raced okay; could show improvement tonight. (7) DON'T MACH MIA didn't fire with her best last out after an encouraging local debut; price should be good from this spot if you want to stay on board. Race 2 (2) YEAHNAH paced a very nice back half in preparation for his career debut. (1) NATIVE'S BEST BET was going nowhere in a hurry last week but now moves all the way back inside and will be a player. (4) LUCKY LEONARD paced evenly last week after suffering broken equipment the start prior; consider. Race 3 (5) AMERICAN INFLUENCE shows some pretty good efforts in his five seasonal starts and he finds a softer spot here. (3) LIVEONTHEPHONE hails from good connections and has a post edge on the top choice. (2) OPUS BLUE CHIP now makes his third local start for Lachance and should land a share. Race 4 (1) YOU GOT TRUMPED missed some time after his seasonal debut but qualified back effectively; Harris trainee gets top billing in a race where it's hard to get excited about anybody. (3) BAG PIPE MAJOR was a ground-saving upset winner two back and may have a similar trip here. (4) ALI shipped from Canada, joined the Lachance barn and swept the field from last at Philly; clearly he merits following. Race 5 (1) JOJO'S PET ROCK was second best to a sharp one last week and has a post edge on his main rival. (4) MAJOR AUTHORITY was a Rooney finalist and landed a small share in that stakes event; he was a bit overmatched in the North America Cup but clearly will go well here. (3) SOMEBADDUDE brushed and beat a weaker field last week; may have to go faster here. Race 6 (3) LINE DANCER missed over a month prior to last week's race and still jogged on the front end; filly may be sharp enough to double-up versus better .(2) CONWAY BEACH A is a steady commodity from Tritton who should be much more involved with the better post. (7) SANDY'S BEACH seems to have some talent but needs to overcome the outside starting spot. Race 7 (5) MELANIE'S FILLY absolutely jogged last week, and at a pretty generous price considering; was second best to (6) COVEREDINDIAMONDS N two back but may turn the tables with the post edge. The latter has looked really good in her two U.S. starts; hard to fault. (3) CLASSY CHAPEL N had no chance last week; should land a share moving inside. Race 8 (4) BROOKIES PRINCE N was sent to the front last week and took care of business; gets the call to repeat as the chalk. (3) IC A FREE SPIRIT picks up Stratton upon arrival from Saratoga; where he's coming off a win. (5) MCTHIRSTY rallied mildly in his local debut and could improve off that effort. Race 9 (2) HEAVENS DANCER was left alone early after being sent to the front and had plenty left finishing; could repeat having drawn inside her main rivals. (5) D GS ELSA sat pocketed right behind the top choice and has the speed to work out another live trip. (4) QUEEN JOSEPHINE fits with these and certainly needed last week's start. Race 10 (2) BORN TO BE BAD was aggressively handled here two back before tiring and followed that up with an easy win at Philly; Team Miller trainee returns locally into a good spot. (1) YOUCANIKNOW almost lasted in a good, well-rated try last week and now he draws well again. (4) FULLBACK seems to be blossoming into a really nice horse for Vallee. Race 11 (3) PEPPER GUY seems capable but needs to work out a smoother trip. (2) TWIN B SPEED DIAL was third best to a couple of live ones last out and should be close up throughout from this spot. (4) OUTKAST BLUE CHIP gets a bit more post relief and can land a share. [DRF HARNESS NEWSLETTER: Sign Up for the FREE DRF Harness Newsletter. Fresh content and insights delivered each Thursday.]
