(3) CONWAY BEACH A makes her U.S. debut for Tritton; clear contender right off the bat. (8) NURSE PIE Q ships from Florida for strong connections and looks like a player despite the outside post. Race 2 (2) SHOWMEYOURGUNS never got involved last out but lands in a much better spot tonight. (1) HERE'S THE MAGIC qualified just evenly off the long break but does get Bartlett in the bike for the hot Banca barn. (6) O U SEXY GUY hasn't done much recently but is second-time on the dropdown. Race 3 (4) ONEIDA BLUE CHIP raced well enough to win in her seasonal debut for Mike Simons but was run over by a streaking rival; mare looks very good in this spot. (1) ELEGANT DEO has some speed and draws best but needs to show more late. (5) DELIGHTFUL PLACE was stubborn in defeat last out for the Burke barn but that was a strangely-run race. Race 4 (5) FORDHAM SIXTY TWO looked better last week and meets a pretty soft field here; worth a look if he's around double-digit odds. (1) NATIVE'S BEST BET has speed with the best draw and a top driver but hasn't been finishing all that well of late. (2) ROCKNROLL DELIGHT ships from Monti off a decent seasonal debut. Race 5 (4) SEXY P V has been a consistent player all season at this bottom level and Bartlett should have her forwardly placed again. (1) MUSCLE AVE tired after an aggressive try upon arrival then broke last week; give the DiDomenico trainee consideration from this spot. (5) SILVER CREDIT drops in class and figures to be much more involved. Race 6 (5) ANDY'S IDEAL just missed in his seasonal debut in a quick 1:53 3/5 mile; a repeat of that effort should be good enough to handle these. (3) DECISION DAY was a good winner upon arrival and a good second last week; he rates just as highly tonight. (4) MARCED MAGIC gets some post relief. Race 7 (2) ARSENIC had no real chance from the eight hole in his debut at this $40K claiming level but clearly the post relief helps this Lance Hudson trainee immensely. (1) DO OVER HANOVER could not reach last week but was a winner the start prior. (4) CARACCI HANOVER takes an ambitious step up in class off the Jenn Bongiorno claim; freelegged pacer is very sharp. Race 8 (9) TREMENDOUS PLAY had raced very gamely in defeat in his last two and looks like a live contender with a smooth second-tier trip. (1) KEYSTONE PHOENIX has been rock-solid for Schnittker and he figures to be firing again. (2) FULLBACK didn't fire his best shot last week but he seems better than that. Race 9 (2) D GS ELSA held okay on the rim last week chasing a heavy favorite and the mare draws inside what she need to beat tonight. (6) JK JAZZITUP hit a bump in the road losing at 1/9; let's see if she can rebound here, obviously at a much better price. (7) TOUCHAMATIC was a strong winner versus a notch lesser last out but she may have too far to come tonight. Race 10 (5) BAKERSFIELD could not sustain a two-move eight-hole effort last week but the move inside a few spots can help his cause. (2) BETTOREVER didn't make any headway uncovered last out but the prior start was a solid one on the engine; Bamond trainee draws well enough again. (1) RANCOUSY closed well last out and was a well-rated winner from the rail the start prior. Race 11 (7) MAC'S JACKPOT seemed overmatched on paper in that Levy start but he kept up very well with classy rivals; he's clearly the one to beat here despite the outside post. (6) MCTHRILLER didn't show much last week off that blowout qualifier but perhaps he's capable of showing more for the sharp Banca barn. (4) BEACH OGRE likely needed last week's start and he can be a bit better tonight. Race 12 (6) SHNEONUCRZYDIAMND A has come up big in practically every effort since arriving for Croghan and he finds a field he can handle. (2) MAROMA BEACH ships in for Burke off a sharp win and he draws well; threat. (8) STEALTH BOMBER was actually very good last week but he's stuck in the eight hole again.
