(1) BIG CHUTE has speed with the best draw and will be in line for a live trip. (2) SING ALONG has been very consistent recently on the big track and she did win in her lone local appearance; big threat. Race 2 (6) MASTER OF EXCUSES has been improved since moving back to the Dane, Jr. barn and he meets a field with no standouts. (2) TOUGH GET GOING has been decent lately for Banca and is probably the one to beat. (5) STONEBRIDGE IDOL has fallen on hard times recently but does have some back class. Race 3 (1) MY HEARTS CONQUEST has been racing well at Cal Expo and I assume Matias Ruiz wouldn't ship her cross-country if she wasn't going to fit well here. (7) FALL DIVA looks for three straight but has to overcome the outside post. (6) ASHLEE'S SPITFIRE showed some willing pace in that qualifier. Race 4 (1) D GS ELSA has been waiting for a good inside post and the mare should take full advantage. (3) RISKY ROMANCE faltered late after cutting the mile last week; does Bartlett head to the front again? (6) ZANE HANOVER was collared by a sharp rival last out; mare fits here but draws worst. Race 5 (4) TALBOT CHANEL hung in there pretty decently off a two-move try last week and now the Burke trainee gets some post relief; Brennan may be getting aggressive early. (2) LINE DANER was a NYSS finalist as a freshman and qualified back decently; still a maiden, however. (1) GOTTHISONE HANOVER ships from Dover where she's right there every week but is just 2 for 42 lifetime. Race 6 (2) DIAMONDTOOTHGERTIE ships from Ohio for Burke off a front-end 1:52 2/5 score in the Northfield Open handicap; she can take this with any sort of similar effort. (5) CAVIART CHERIE has been on a major form spree and paid an insane price last week; include. (3) JK JAZZITUP was game in defeat last out and she's another who has done little wrong in all recent efforts. Race 7 (4) ABSOLUTELY BEST and (6) GYPSY ROSE are a couple of Dover shippers who should fit well here and both should be flashing speed. (1) PLAYING FAVORITES made decent money as a three-year-old but hasn't looked all that sharp returning this year; use caution. Race 8 (4) MARCED MAGIC gets some much-needed post relief and certainly seems logical from this spot. (2) WESTERN PHIL has ability and live moves but needs to show more late; include anyway. (5) TOUREG SEELSTER also moves in a couple of spots and was decent two back. Race 9 (3) OUTKAST BLUE CHIP has steadily shown improvement for Julie Miller and he appears ready to score; only drawback is that he'll likely be overbet. (4) TREASURE MACH didn't get involved last week but was a good second two back after flashing speed. (6) LATE MAIL N steps up a notch to face tougher but these Croghan imports always bear following. Race 10 (5) PRETTY BOY SWAG made an impressive brush and drew off with ease last week; he may be sharp enough to handle better. (3) THE WALL seems to race well every other start so I guess that means the Surick trainee will be live tonight. (1) CANDELL gets major post relief and looks like a player from this spot. Race 11 (7) BELLA RAGAZA has shown guts and stubbornness in every start since arriving for Team Bongiorno; obviously the post presents a major problem but I'll include her if the price is right. (5) TOUCHMATIC was a sharp off-the-pace winner last out and may be sharp enough to handle the hike in class. (2) LIFETIME TRUST has done well to pick up checks in her local starts and obviously the move inside helps. Race 12 (8) STEALTH BOMBER looked so strong drawing off to win his latest that I'll stick with him despite the eight hole. (4) SHNEONUCRZYDIAMND A has done little wrong since arriving in the U.S. for Croghan and he should be more involved tonight.
