Best Bet: LINE DANCER (3rd) Spot Play: BELLA RAGAZA (9th) MEET STATS: 80 - 272 / $455.10 BEST BETS: 9 - 21 / $35.00 Race 1 (1) ODDS ON MIAMI raced very well to just miss two back then didn't fire last out in a race that went quicker than we will probably see tonight; top billing from this spot. (4) DANCING DRAGONFLY raced decently in her seasonal debut for a good outfit and she's eligible for improvement. (2) SWEETEST EMOTION likely needs a start but can be used underneath. Race 2 (2) JK JAZZITUP blasted down the road last week trying to bottom out a couple of good rivals and it almost worked; a similar effort will defeat these. (4) SING ALONG was a no-threat second best last week and can play runner-up again here. (5) ABSOLUTELY BEST dug in stubbornly for the heater at a short price in round one of this series; clear player here. Race 3 (4) LINE DANCER was very sharp in her seasonal debut finally breaking her maiden and she looks like a very likely repeater. (8) DIAMONDTOOTHGERTIE was second best upon arrival at odds-on in 1:54 4/5 but she never really looked all that strong; I suspect the Burke trainee can be better tonight despite the eight hole. (1) LUSTY DELIGHT was close up last week and should be in line for a live trip from this spot. Race 4 (3) KEYSTONE PHOENIX had an inconsistent 3-year-old season for Schnittker but he qualified back nicely behind two good ones and finished willingly last week; looks like a player from this spot. (4) TOUREG SEELSTER flashed good speed last out to be second best with Gingras. (5) STONEDUST has taken three straight locally but seems tough to take at a short price. Race 5 (2) BETTER WATCH OUT moved into the Jenn Bongiorno barn, qualified nicely and we've seen this angle connect plenty of times already. (4) NATIVES BEST BET just missed last out when Gingras hopped aboard and he's driving again. (7) A FARMBOY'S SUCCESS gets an upgrade to Burke/Brennan off a private purchase; take a look for tonight and future weeks. Race 6 (3) D GS ELSA was an easy winner last week and may have a tactical advantage on (4) CAVIART CHERIE to post the mild upset. The latter looks for four straight and is clearly the one to beat but will be a very short price. (1) RISKY ROMANCE will be close up from this spot and should land a share. Race 7 (4) DALI DELIGHT was never in doubt last week and can double up for Garcia Herrera and MacDonald. (1) CARLY GIRL raced decently in a needed start and now moves all the way inside; logical. (5) WESTS LUCKY ARIA showed little in her local debut for the Andrew Harris barn but she was off almost a month; maybe she's tighter tonight. Race 8 (7) LATE MAIL N had plenty of early and late speed to win last week and the Croghan import remains a player despite another outside draw. (5) OUTKAST BLUE CHIP seems to be running out of excuses; use caution. (1) MARCED MAGIC steps up to face tougher off a game win and he can land a share from the best post. Race 9 (5) BELLA RAGAZA has been razor sharp and can be excused for last week's effort where she showed solid speed then had some traffic in what became a closer's race; note the driver change to Brett Miller tonight. (2) QUEEN JOSEPHINE fits with these and draws much better. (1) TOUCHMATIC has taken two straight in game style but I'll look elsewhere for better value. Race 10 (6) SUMMER SIDE needed last week's start off the vacation and the Schnittker trainee flashed real ability as a youngster; he also gets an important driver change to Stratton. (1) BETTER B ROLLING is better classified tonight making his third 2018 start; big player. (3) SPORTS COLUMN goes second-time Lasix, gets post relief and was MacDonald's choice. Race 11 (3) GIVEMEYOURHEART is starting to get on my nerves but I'll give her one more try on top. (5) TICA HANOVER looked home last out and faltered late for the second straight start; she's questionable here at a short price, (1) YS TALLIA will need to step up her game to win here, which does seem possible. Race 12 (5) SHNEONUCRZYDIAMOND A stalked and rolled right by Stealth Bomber last week as the favorite; Croghan import is clearly sharp enough to repeat, and will probably be a better price tonight. (3) STEALTH BOMBER raced well enough to beat most, but not the top choice. Second best again? (2) PRETTY BOY SWAG has been razor-sharp in his own right and seems like the only one capable of splitting up the top two. This race shapes up as a fun late-night finale.
