Best Bet: OCEAN COLONY (7th) Spot Play: BO MASTER (3rd) MEET STATS: 462 - 1319 / $2,496.40 BEST BETS: 62 - 112 / $205.20   Race 1 (3) RICKY'S QUICKIE held decently after a two-move uncovered try last week and she may have a clear path to the front tonight; top billing. (1) RACE ME ANDROID ships from Pennsylvania for good connections and draws best; clear player. (2) ELEGANT DEO was a good second last out at a big price from the eight hole. Race 2 (4) JK PRIDENJOY makes his debut for the Surick barn off a private purchase, adds Lasix, qualified effectively and seems ready to roll at first asking. (8) LINDY THE KID has been blowing them away up at Plainridge in state-restricted company but must overcome the eight hole upon arrival. (3) DECISION DAY returns locally for an outfit that's had some success at Yonkers recently. Race 3 (4) BO MASTER was probably improperly classified in his local debut, going against $20K claimers, but he didn't race badly; 3-year-old can find these more to his liking. (1) NORTHERN SPY looks like another live one for Surick with Andy Miller in to drive. (6) MARCED MAGIC was second best to a very tough winner last week. Race 4 (8) ULTIMATE FLYER N was very good in his last local effort then followed that up with a nice win at Philly; Cito, Jr. charge has much to do from the eight hole but is worth a play if the price is right. (3) LINDYTHEFOURTEENTH should be close to the action but needs to show more late. (6) BETTER B ROLLING has plenty of question marks off the sick scratch and missed time but the talent is there. Race 5 (1) BAD MEDICINE needs to get away from the gate better and if close enough early she can sweep by late. (2) TALLULAH HANOVER gets some needed post relief and the Toscano trainee is clearly a player from this spot. (8) JK JAZZITUP was second best to a sharp shipper last week and she has the early speed to overcome the eight hole. Race 6 (5) BETTERTHANBRIE is the lone 2-year-old in here but that was a pretty good effort last week lingering around a while after getting parked the mile and perhaps the Takter trainee can improve off that effort. (4) DONT STOP BELIEVIN is clearly the one to beat but won't offer much value. (1) CHEAP THRILLS was a gutsy winner upon arrival but now has missed time off a sick scratch; use caution. Race 7 (4) OCEAN COLONY appears to have too much class for these and the Takter trainee should take care of business. (5) MIDWAY ISLAND was a good front-end winner in his local debut for Burke. (2) DOREL lands a good post and could hold off the rest. Race 8 (5) SEDONA SEELSTER scored up at Saratoga for his new connections and he returns to Yonkers in a pretty good spot; top billing. (1) BAMSKI ships from Ohio to join the Ruiz barn, draws best and could be a good fit with this type; I'm willing to include him on my tickets. (2) HALLIE'S COMET got buried and was never a player last week; prior starts were ok. Race 9 (2) SHADY STELLA closed with plenty last out from the eight hole and now she moves way inside; clearly the one to beat but will be a short price. (7) FUTURE HEADLINES jogged versus lesser upon arrival despite having missed time and the filly can have more to offer. (6) QUEEN JOSEPHINE could be speed player from this spot. Race 10 (1) MACHTU N is clearly feeling good again and the veteran can cap off a big night for Surick and Andy Miller. (6) ALOTBETTOR N never really threatened last out but could be a player with a better trip.(2) MY MIND IS MADEUP doesn't win often but will be close up from this spot; use underneath. Race 11 (2) IN THE DARK is two for two since moving to the McDermott barn and she should be a decent price in this wide-open and tough-to-figure event. (5) PRETTY IMAGE and (4) BERAZZLED both ship in from the Midwest sporting some stakes experience; both can be considered. Race 12 (2) SPORTS COLUMN was clearly overmatched at Hoosier going up against some of the top 3-year-olds; Macintosh trainee should fit perfectly here. (1) SOUTHWIND YUKON ships in for Burke in fine form and draws best. (6) POINTOMYGRANSON should be leaving the gate trying to improve early position.
