Yonkers: Friday 9/30 Analysis

MEET STATS: 240 - 1003 / $1,562.10

BEST BETS: 30 - 95 / $144.40

Best Bet: TENDTOWIN (10th)

Spot Play: WINNING IS SWEET (5th)

Race 1

(3) MUSTANG MACH N draws a much better post and this 9-year-old can return back to his winning ways. (2) STEUBEN PATRIOT raced evenly and held on for fourth money last time out. (4) SKYFUL OF LIGHTERS gets some post relief in his second start off the dropdown; not out of this.

Race 2

(3) BIG BAMBU put in a nice strong rally for the third spot in his latest. Gelding does know how get the job done so with that said a well judged drive can bring this pacer right back to the winner's circle. (7) ADDWATER flashed good speed in his last trip to the post; main danger. (1) BOX CAR JOHNNIE should fare much better from the fence.

Race 3

(1) A PLUS HANOVER moves down the ladder and gets door number one. Gelding has every right to greet the cameraman for pictures. (5) SHADIOS has good speed and just missed glory by only 3/4 length; threat. (2) MCARDLE ROYALE N took the pocket route on his way to victory last time around.

Race 4

(5) ARTIST NIGHT stays in the same condition off his second straight score. Now the gelding goes to a new barn and Bartlett has the assignment; primed to make it the hat trick. (1) MARTIAL BLISS needs a better trip than in his last start to contend with these; possible. (3) SHIPPEN OUT comes by way of Canada and took home top prize last out; must be considered.

Race 5

(3) WINNING IS SWEET rallied strongly to nail down glory three starts back and if you throw out his last trip this gelding is very capable of pulling off the upset against (2) CARTOON DADDY. The latter is on fire scoring his fifth straight victory; the one to deny. (1) THE SPY has the rail and could grab a share of the purse.

Race 6

(1) POWDER KEG took charge turning for home but was nailed by All Artist last week. Gelding now has the rail and he has every right to return to his winning ways. (7) ALL ARTIST rallied strongly to run down the top pick recently; post hurts but has a shot for the hat trick. (4) PAN STREET USA will need a much better trip to make an impact; maybe.

Race 7

(1) SINGLE ME finally gets the inside post and this should help her cause. Poised to get the job done. (3) DEUCES FOR CHARITY moves back to the inside and with a better trip she can be a prime contender. (2) MASSIVE ATTACK A gets class relief and she could have a say in the outcome.

Race 8

(4) BABY REMIND ME Pacing mare is knocking at the door based on her last three outings and she is sharp enough to take these down the road. (2) TOTALLY RUSTY took the pocket route on her way to victory last time around. (7) SWEETNSINFUL has tactical speed but will have to overcome the 7-hole; don't overlook.

Race 9

(6) MACH IT A PAR leaves the 8-hole for a much better slot and if this mare can revert to her September 9th trip it could be game over for the rest of these; we shall see. (8) TESSA SEELSTER went wire to window last time out for her second straight score; dangerous again. (7) DEVIL CHILD Consistent pacing mare has hit the board 8 of 16 trips this year; watch out.

Race 10

(5) TENDTOWIN seems to be quite sharp in his last try and that might be an indication this gelding is ready to fire his best. (8) RAMPAGE JACKSON Very fast gelding now moves to the far outside slot but clearly he is the one to catch. (2) SPORTSKEEPER has hit the board 11 of 17 starts this year and just missed glory by a length last time out; beware.

Race 11

(2) DEWYCOLORINTHELINE moves down the scale and was very good in his last start finishing second; ready to put his best foot forward. (1) SWISHNFLICK should do much better from the fence and has speed; threat. (5) AUSPICIOUS HANOVER could be right in the mix with a favorable trip.

Race 12

(3) CAROLSIDEAL Pacing mare seems to be coming around to winning form so with that said with a well judged drive from Mr. Dube this 7-year-old miss can get the job done. (1) JONSIE JONES is knocking at the door based on her last two trips to the post. (2) CHEYENNE ROBIN raced evenly last time out for the fourth spot; don't overlook.
