Race 2

(1) UVA HANOVER Trotting gelding was a fast closing third last out; ready to boss these from the fence. (6) ZOEY DE VIE faced open foes at The Meadowlands last time around; figures to be in the mix. (3) ROLLS BLUE CHIP put in an even finish recently; could have a say with a favorable trip.

Race 3

(4) HES GOT IT leaves the 8 hole for a better slot; he did but in a belated rally last week; poised to make tonight a winning one. (1) ZACK LEE was in front the entire trip at Monticello last timeout but hit the brakes; might be on the engine. (3) WORLD PEACE is clearly not out of this.

Race 4

(1) PREMIUM STOCK took charge on the backstretch and got the job done for his second straight score; not out of the question for the hat trick. (3) THEREISAPACEFORUS takes a slight drop in class; watch out. (5) CUNDALINI moves down the ladder and that should help his cause; beware.

Race 5

(7) DUKES UP On the engine most of the way and was caught in the final jump for win honors recently; he's knocking at the door ready to best these with Brennan at the helm. (3) FITZS Z TAM Gelding made every pole a winning one; threat again. (2) ART FOR ARTS SAKE was on the rim and the just got up to take down the top pick; don't overlook.

Race 6

(8) CINAMONY is on fire scoring her sixth in a row; keeps on her winning ways from her usual slot. (7) KRISPY APPLE exploded to the front at the half from 6th to hold on for win honors last week; second best. (6) CAROLSIDEAL makes her return to the races off some nice qualifiers at Pocono.

Race 7

(5) DONAU Gelding is very capable of putting it all together with Brennan at the controls; worth a shot. (8) MOONLITEONTHEBEACH gets serious class relief; post hurts but can be a factor in here. (1) REAL NICE should fare well from the fence.

Race 8

(2) DELLA CRUISE Burke trainee might show more speed against these; watch for Brennan to send and maybe he will hang on for win honors. (1) REUBEN BROGDEN N was third best at odds on last time out; could be more dangerous from the rail slot. (4) CLASSIESISTAR N leaves the 8-hole for a winning post; watch out.

Race 9

(3) SIR LEHIGH Z TAM beaten only by three lengths last out; moves to the 3-hole and she has every right to mow these down for all the marbles. (5) CHARISMA HANOVER ships in from Philly off a pocket rocket victory last time around; main danger. (1) MATTIE TERROR GIRL needs to return to her July 24th trip when she a fast closing second; maybe.

Race 10

(4) DUE WEST HANOVER raced evenly in his last start; good to see Brennan with the call and this one could turn things around with a favorable trip. (2) ROLLWITHITHARRY might have moved too soon and tired in the stretch drive recently; threat. (1) DALLENBACH HANOVER sharp in his latest but tired in the stretch drive last time out; figures to be in the mix from the fence.

Race 11

(4) JD'S CALEB MAN did race well on July 10th, 17th & 24th respectably but his last try was a clunker; poised to get back on the winning track with Dube in the bike. (3) CAUTION SIGNS Good qualifier here can put this guy back into the winner's circle; maybe. (7) SANTANNA ONE was second best last time out; don't overlook despite the move to the 7-hole.

Race 12

(6) CHERRY BLISS moves down the ladder; she fits well with this group and could be ready to boss these at her best. (3) DO YOUR JOB was sent down the road against lesser company last out; factor. (1) JUSTHAVENTMETUYET will get class relief and retains the rail; not out of this by far.

Race 6 Yonkers. The exacta on TVG with the 7-4 is $121 as they leave the gate. 4,7 &8 all leave. 8, Cinamony gets the top; 7, Krispy Apple is sitting 2nd while 4,, Skippin By is third. They go around twice that way until Cinamony tires & 7 and 4 end up 1-2. The exacta pays $71? Do winning exactas always go down like that? Does anyone ever see them go up? Ever? The perception of this game is beyond repair. I know, late money form other venues. But why is it that these exotics always go down and not up?

Chemistry is a wonderful thing. Race 5 Yonkers, Roethblissberger is 15/1 morning line, ends up going off 2/1 and wins for fun in 1:53 & change. The horse did have a 53: and change on the program but that was at Mohawk in May, a 7/8 track. The horse has been garbage since. What could have changed things??? I know, first time Banca & his 25% winning percentage. If I were an honest trainer is this "sport", I would not be a happy camper.
