Best Bet: DUEL IN THE SUN (1st) Spot Play: MACH IT A PAR (6th) MEET STATS: 90 - 476 / $657.10 BEST BETS: 14 - 42 / $77.10 Race 1 Speedy (2) DUEL IN THE SUN is quite on a roll scoring his second straight victory wire-to-window. Now the gelding draws door number two seeking the hat trick. Value will be hard to come by, but he will be the one to deny. (1) DYNAMITE DUDE A surged very late to grab the show spot in his latest; threat from the rail. Veteran (3) MISTER LIVAN N was a sharp second last time around and he is very consistent; consider in all the exotics. Race 2 (4) INSPIRATION VIEW has done very good for himself, in his last try he came wide off the turn but could not hold off Cheyenne Jeffrey & Princeoftheforest respectably; could boss these with a better-timed run. (5) R CAAN tipped outside approaching three-quarters and mowed them down thru the stretch for the score last out; consider despite the rise in class. (1) ITSONLYROCKNROLL A should be a perfect fit from the pole position if he gets a clean trip. Race 3 (2) TWIN B SPEEDO gets class and post relief so that might be the ticket to get this seven-year-old right back to the winner's circle. (6) PRINCEOFTHEFOREST rallied strongly to miss the victory by a nose in his recent outing; big threat if he returns to his last try. The dropdown and the rail slot should help (1) AMERICAN BOY N put it all together if he gets away cleanly. Race 4 (3) THE REV has good early pace in his last two tries here so with that said, eight-year-old could be tough to reel in if he minds his manners. (1) PERCYS Z TAM was a game third in his last attempt and has hit the board in his last four outings; should make his presence felt if he gets a better setup than in his last trip. (2) TECHTOR HANOVER should get an honest pace to chase; not out of this by far. Race 5 (4) GINA GRACE N leaves the 8-hole for a much better slot. She fits well in here and has the positional speed to grab a good position in the early stages; using. (3) MADE OF JEWELS AS is another that gets the luck of the draw so she has a license to improve here. (2) REGIL ELEKTRA did not fire in her last start at Philly and now she moves back to Yonkers where the pacing mare has the most success. Race 6 Veteran mare (6) MACH IT A PAR was quite dull last time out, is much better than her last flop beating most of these; with that said if the right trip comes her way she could greet the camera operator for pictures. (7) NEWBORN SASSY will very tough to reel in as she has proven speed. Her last victory recently was very impressive making her the one to fear. (1) DELIGHTFUL DRAGON was no match for Newborn Sassy last week but now she moves to the fence and that might help her cause. Race 7 (1) GLENFERRIE BRONTE N moves to the fence and in her last two starts she  was quite good. If she runs back to those two efforts, she will be very tough indeed.  (2) VORST takes a slight rise in class off some good efforts here. She could be a prime contender with the right trip. (5) FREAKNOMICS took charge right from the start and never looked back for the victory last week; figures to be prominent from the start again; consider. Race 8 Showing improvement was (2) MILADY DENVER A in her last start at Philly with a third-place finish. Has good speed and gets a good post. Can boss these if she brings her A-game to the table. (5) BRONZE OVER N is knocking at the door based on her last three trips to the post so she is a prime factor in here. (1) LOVINEVERYMINUTE has sharp early zip and moves to the fence; could be tough to reel in if she gets a clean break. Race 9 (3) P H KENNY came up flat in his last start at the Meadowlands last week. Gelding knows how to win races at this level so with that said the half-mile oval should not be a problem. A well-judged drive from Mr. Brennan could put this gelding right back into the winner's circle. (4) CHEYENNE JEFFREY is on a roll scoring his second straight victory down the road; will be tough to reel in with a clean getaway. (5) CABBIES DELIGHT closed well to grab the place spot last time around; stands to improve. Race 10 (1) PROVOCATIVEPRINCEN gets serious post relief and the gelding has the speed to take these to task wire-to window. (3) SOHO LENNON A moves down the ladder off a splendid race against tougher recently; big threat. (2) THE LUNCH PAIL will need a favorable trip in order to contend with these but he is very capable with a better-timed run. [DRF HARNESS NEWSLETTER: Sign Up for the FREE DRF Harness Newsletter.
