Race 2 (2) SHARKFIRE did not show anything in his first try here. But hey he did draw door number eight so the gelding could make amends and Bartlett is keeping the faith. (5) PERFECT BET was an easy winner against lesser company last out; could have a say with these. (1) SOVEREIGN BANNER N gets serious post relief and that might help his cause. Race 3 (2) DRUNKEN DESIRE A just missed the victory at the Meadowlands last time around. Veteran returns to Yonkers and this might be a perfect spot for him to greet the cameraman for pictures; we shall see. (4) AMERICAN ISLAND is knocking at the door based on his last three outings. (3) TOWNSLIGHT HANOVER will need a better trip than in his last trip; possible. Race 4 (4) JK PATRIOT was sent down the road in his latest for all the glory. Gelding's form is sharp so another top performance is clearly not out of the question. (5) ROCK ABSORBER is getting close to a victory. He did race evenly for third money last time around; player. (3) FLASH LAUXMONT should be right in the thick of it with the better draw; watch out. Race 5 (1) ONE THROUGH TEN had a good trip last out but he might have been compromised in the early stages of the race. With a favorable trip he can get the job done over these. (4) ARDIE B SPEED was a game second in his latest and he could make some serious noise. (3) WESTERN BAYAMA has put in two good efforts in a row and the gelding is clearly not out of this. Race 6 (3) SAFE FROM TERROR Her first try here recently was a winning one wire to window. Now the mare will have to step it up against this select group; capable of repeating. (4) ALL ABOUT MADI has hit the board in her last four starts and she must be respected in this event. (8) SELL A BIT N did not fire from the 8-hole against some of these but the eight year old miss could turn things around with a favorable trip; don't overlook. Race 7 (1) HIDDEN LAND showed signs of life at this level last time out. She now moves to the pole position and Bartlett has the assignment; can top these at her best. (2) NEON SKY N will need a better trip than in her last trip to the post; factor. (8) TRUTH AND LIBERTY could have a say if she if gets the right trip from way out there. Race 8 (1) FANTICIPATION seems to be heading in the right direction based on her last two starts. Mare will once again gets the services of Bartlett in hopes to make her return to the winner's circle; the pick. (7) LIGHTNING MACH N has been sharp in her last four outings and she must be considered in all the exotic slots. (3) KEYSTONE WANDA showed speed in her latest but clearly her style is off the pace; she is not out of this. Race 9 (6) HEELS ON THE BEACH Mare was on a roll two starts back but in her last one she was quite dull. She does fit well in here and could return back to her winning ways if she minds her manners. (2) MACHO CHICK is clearly the one to beat scoring her second straight victory. (3) SHESJUSTADELIGHT N gets post relief and that could help her chances in here so don't count her out of this. Race 10 (7) COUSIN MARY was in over her head recently so she will try the NW $30K ranks and this seems to be a better spot for her to take these to task. (1) REGIL ELEKTRA took them down the road in her latest for the victory; dangerous again. (4) JAG OUT was on the lead most of the way but she was caught in deep stretch last out; big factor.
