Yonkers: Friday 11/22 Analysis

MEET STATS: 353 - 991 / $1929.60    BEST BETS: 48 - 77 / $159.90

Best Bet: CAMILLE (12th)

Spot Play: CALCHIPS BRUTE (7th)

Race 1

(6) JOLLY LESTER bounced back with a solid effort last out and he can repeat versus this dreary group. (2) ALLOVERAMERICA has shown nothing of late but nothing would shock me in this field. (1) MAY DAY JOJO doesn't win but he should land a share from this spot.

Race 2

(5) BASTILLE was game in defeat last week and he probably has a class edge on these. (1) BEAU JOE gets needed post relief. (6) DOULLY has proven he can go with these; only problem here is the post.

Race 3

(4) COME TOGETHER drops and draws better for live connections; maybe. (8) ARDENS STORM N is back down at a winning level but he has to overcome the eight hole. (6) BILL ONTHEHILL A returns to Yonkers and has done good things over this surface in the past.

Race 4

(3) MAYFLOWERMOONSHINE was a solid two-move upset winner two back; he should be a big threat from this improved post. (1) MIAS BOLD MANEUVER is back in claimers. Veteran has speed and the best draw. (6) DOLLARS BROMAC N is capable on his best day.

Race 5

(4) FORT VALLEY AS found his stride two back, then didn't fire on the rim last week. Veteran should be forwardly placed tonight. (1) CANBEC FRIDOLIN has raced better of late and he's got a big shot from this inside post. (5) NEIGHSAY HANOVER is quietly closing in on 100K this season; these Ray Schnittker-trained veterans seem very durable.

Race 6

(4) ROCK N LOAD lands another decent midpack post tonight and perhaps Stratton can be aggressive off the gate tonight. (8) SWINGING BEAUTY is assigned outside again but she'll be forwardly placed with Brennan driving. (3) ROCK N SOUL goes for new connections tonight, and she's missed some time.

Race 7

(2) WATKINS finished with trot last week after breaking on the second turn; gelding drops in class, lands inside and will be tough with any sort of trip. (1) LORENZO DREAM was a solid eight-hole winner last out and now the speedster lands inside. (4) EX KING three-year-old raced well in his first start for new connections.

Race 8

(7) ZOOMING ran a huge race in last but couldn't get by the streaking (8) QUICK DEAL. Maybe tonight he turns the tables. The latter looks for five in a row and is clearly one of the sharpest trotters in North America. (5) LIKEABATOUTAHELL wasn't awful last week but he faces a tougher group tonight.

Race 9

(2) OIL MAGNET rebounded with a good effort after saving ground; veteran can get top billing from this inside spot. (1) NO GIN gets needed post relief. (7) BIG BAY POINT has plenty of speed so the post shouldn't present a problem.

Race 10

(4) PALM PATROL was used up early versus better last week and she can be excused for that effort. Prior form was good. (2) SIR LB'S Z TAM is a classic Lachance trainee (sits, saves, rallies). Expect those tactics tonight. (6) TROPICAL BREEZE picks up Sears tonight; improvement?

Race 11

(6) JULIANS CAESAR ships in for Burke and he looks like a good fit here. (5) WAR CRY HALL also arrives from Pennsylvania and he's got plenty of speed at his disposal. (1) WHERE TO HANOVER is better than his last couple of starts indicate.

Race 12

(7) CAMILLE gets some needed class relief tonight and despite the outside post it looks like she can control the action here. (1) KEEPERS DESTINY ships back locally off a good effort. (2) SHOOTOUTTHELIGHTS was a tad overmatched in the Open; this is a better spot.
