The last time she was seen locally she was in the F&M Open Trot, so she finds a much softer spot than that tonight, and I'll give her a try. (2) LUCKY WEEKEND came up just a head short of winning after a second-over trip last Wednesday and takes another crack at the NW7500L5 class tonight. (1) STEALING has an inside post for the first time this year and wound up third a week ago after getting stuck behind a stopping leader. [DRF BETS: Wager on tonight's Yonkers card at DRF Bets.com!] Race 3 - F&M NW8/100000LT / F&M NW6/75000LT Drawn Inside / F&M NW9 Assigned Outside Pace (2) I LOVE ONGAIT qualified well at the Meadowlands in a quick mile on 3-4 and makes her pari-mutuel debut for the year tonight. She won an Ontario Sires Stakes Gold Series event on the half-mile track at Grand River Raceway a year ago, so that's a plus, as is Jordan Stratton taking her over a couple others. (7) PURE SILKY is riding a four race win streak between here and Pocono and gets a chance to partner with Jason Bartlett. (6) MISS DOTTIE MAE has two straight tallies over NW4's and NW6's and can definitely be included. Race 4 - NW10051L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW7500L5 Trot (5) STARLIT RAMBO gets a class drop and some post relief to go with it in this contest. He finished a solid third at this level two back, and I'll give him top billing here. (4) SMALLTOWNTHROWDOWN continues to work his way down the ladder and will find the winner's circle one of these times, maybe tonight. (7) STICK WITH ME KID dominated NW7500L5's a week ago in an impressive effort. He was third against NW10000L5's back on February 8 and kept Stratton in the bike. Race 5 - NW5521L5 Pace (5) MANY MOONS doesn't have much going for him on his page, but this is a horse they thought enough of last year to put him in the Somebeachsomewhere Stakes against the likes of Pebble Beach. He joins the high-percentage Jeff Gillis barn at the bottom level for his Yonkers debut. (2) EL JACKO N has been struggling since a third-place result against $40,000 claimers on 2-13. I'll include him since he gets a barn change to another high-percentage operation tonight. (3) R CAPTAIN HANOVER exits the NW4 class and doesn't have to deal with starting from post seven like he has in his last two outings. Race 6 - NW8561L5/Winners in Last Start of the Base Class NW5000L5 Trot (5) BAZILLIONAIRE scored a facile victory the last time he got to compete in this class back on December 21 and trainer Tom Corelli has been doing well with another trotter named Kasha V lately. (1) TAXI OUT S comes over from the Meadowlands after a romping triumph at their NW5000L5 level. He hails from the red-hot Per Engblom barn. (2) WINDSONG PIONEER grabbed a confidence-building win over NW5000L5's at Yonkers last Wednesday and was second to the earlier-mentioned Kasha V in a NW7500L5 tilt on March 1. Race 7 - 3-5YO 50000-75000CLM HCP Pace (1) JIM BLUE tried to leave last week but wound up getting parked out and tiring. I'll take it as a sign of positive intent that he was handled aggressively and give him a shot from the pole position. (4) MINK STREET finished second to the razor-sharp Great Somewhere a week ago and doesn't have to contend with that rival tonight. He also makes his second start out of the Travis Alexander barn. (2) COALITION HANOVER blew by the field to score a win last Wednesday and was claimed out of that tilt by Scott Di Domenico. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 8 - 20000-25000CLM HCP Pace (8) MACINTOSH N held sway on the front-end to tally last Wednesday, and although he moves out to post eight tonight, he was able to overcome it back on 2-20 to finish third against $30,000 claiming company. (4) AUDI HARE N was third in the race won by MACINTOSH N a week ago and gets to partner with Bartlett again. (7) SULLIVAN has a couple of victories on his page in this class and was second to MACINTOSH N last week. Race 9 - NW5000L5/12500CLM Trot (1) SEVENSHADESOFGREY was able to get to the lead from post eight last Wednesday but broke on the first turn. He moves all the way to the pole tonight, and hopefully he'll mind his p's and q's and come away with a victory. (2) TESLA SEELSTER makes her second start with trotting hobbles on here and gets to drop and move inside on the gate. (5) CHIEF JUSTICE finished third against bottom level foes the last time he was at Yonkers on 2-8 and has hit the board in his last two outings at the Meadowlands and Pocono.
