Noble Stella ($22) held off Classic Stamp in the final furlong to capture the Grade 3, $340,800 at Woodbine.

Noble Stella raced about three lengths off a moderate early pace in the 1 1/8-mile turf event. Longshot Pandora's Secret set fractions of 24.93 and 48.74 seconds, pressed by favored Mona Rose, who won the 2004 Dance Smartly.

Noble Stella made a four-wide bid on the turn and hit the front early in the stretch en route to a one-length victory under Emile Ramsammy. She completed the distance in 1:49.95.

Noble Stella, a 4-year-old German-bred filly trained by Roger Attfield, banked $197,100 for owner Gary Tanaka.

Juliet's Kiss finished third, while Mona Rose faded to fifth in the seven-horse field of fillies and mares.

* Maryland shipper T.D. Vance sprung an upset in Saturday's supporting feature, the $161,250 , a nine-furlong turf race for 3-year-olds.

T.D. Vance ($20.40) stalked the front-running favorite, Gamblers Slew, until the top of the stretch before drawing off for 1 1/2-length score in a final time of 1:51.39 seconds.

The previously unbeaten Bestowed, who also came from Maryland, finished second, but was placed third behind Area Limits by the stewards for interference in the stretch.

Todd Kabel rode T.D. Vance for trainer Graham Motion.
