Judiths Wild Rush ($9.50) parlayed an ideal stalking trip into a daylight score at Woodbine in the $137,675 Bold Venture Handicap.

Judiths Wild Rush tracked a trio of battling front-runners on the backstretch of the 6 1/2-furlong sprint. He made a four-wide bid on the turn and hit the front nearing the eighth pole before edging away to win by 1 1/2 lengths. The final time was 1:15.41.

After contesting fractions of 22.23 and 44.21 seconds, High Blitz got second by three-quarters of a length over Ministers Wild Cat, the even-money favorite in the seven-horse field.

"It set up perfectly for us," said Slade Callaghan, who rode Judiths Wild Rush. "There was a lot of speed, and we settled just off of it. Going around the turn, my horse snatched the bridle and just dragged me up there and kicked on."

Judiths Wild Rush, Canada's champion 2-year-old in 2003, earned $82,125 for the Tenenbaum Racing Stable and trainer Reade Baker.

* Vibank ($3.80) held Moon Worship at bay through the stretch to take the supporting feature, the $157,500 Clarendon Stakes for Ontario-foaled 2-year-olds.

Vibank ran 5 1/2 furlongs in 1:05.06 under David Clark, while notching his second consecutive stakes. Josie Carroll trains Vibank for owners Jim and Alice Sapara.
