He can take these with a similar effort. (9) FORREST ASPEN blasted to the front from the outermost post at Flamboro and kept chugging with his trainer in the bike. He gets a big driver switch here and he could take these a long way. (8) PROLOGUE wasn't too far behind the choice at the wire last time after cutting most of the mile. He is a contender here. (1) DEVILS PEAK should go better here moving inside. Keep him in mind when making vertical bets. Race 2 (8) REGAL MAGICIAN is one I landed on that obviously has some risk. He is a top contender if flat, but don't accept a low price. (7) MUSCLE LASS finished 2nd last time in a race where she was the only one that didn't break. Her sure gait will help here, too. (1) EXS AND OHS is a firster that's worth a look for the exotics. (5) A DOOZY frequently shares, but can't be considered a win threat at this stage. Race 3 (9) JEFFERSON TARE raced tough and was an unlucky loser last week. Macdonald is one of the best at getting one off the outside of the gate; slight nod. (4) PANEDICTINE is hinting at a form reversal and McNair returns for a second drive; using. (5) REGIL TIGER is tough and game and hard to leave out of the Pick 5. (10) MYBROTHERGEORGE raced okay off the claim last time and he could spice up exotic payouts here. Race 4 (3) THE BIG BEAST hung on last week and was claimed. He should be tough here right back. (4) IMCOOLERONLINE should get put into the race here dropping into a claimer; using. (2) KWICKY KWANZAA gets some major post relief here coming off two solid efforts. He can't be discounted in this spot. (1) OK ICEMAN improved racing in this class with Filion driving. Toss him on the bottom of Supers and Tris. Race 5 (5) LUCBOBSKI shipped east and raced bravely to take a new life's mark in his four-year-old debut. The step up isn't great here; call to repeat. (9) ROCK ON LINE is capable of better if Henry decides to motivate him early here. (2) LYONS WILLIAM should fare better here dropping out of the Snowshoe series. (10) ABOUT A BOY can leave hard for position from out there and make the ticket at a price. Race 6 (4) AIR GLIDER - who has been competitive in this class for several weeks - gets a significant driver upgrade here racing off the claim; top call. (3) THE POWER OF MANY gets McNair and is also racing off the claim. She's dangerous here. (2) DOMITIAN HALL got a terrible trip last time on a deep track. He should rebound here. (10) STIRLING BOUDICA drops and she has the speed and driver to overcome the worst post; using. Race 7 (8) SHADOW OF LINDY raced too good to lose last time. He looks best here and can make amends. (6) SHAGNWITHTHEDRAGON was used early then shuffled out of the race last time. He fits here and he should be a threat. (7) WESTSLUCKY TERROR found it tougher racing first up in his second start. He should contend to make the ticket here, though. (3) JDCYRIL had a strong record last year. He's worth using underneath here and he will likely be a big price. Race 8 (9) OCEANVIEW DEB was no match for a sharp repeat winner last time, but she remains sharp and dangerous; top call. (4) PERFECT MASS blew up at the start, ending her four-race win streak. She fits well here if she can stay flat. (10) WESMONT has the speed to leave quickly from out there; upset chance. (1) SHIVERED took a ton of action last time, but never really threatened the winner. He looks like a fringe player again here. Race 9 (9) SAVANNAH SMILES has three seconds in as many starts. This isn't a tough spot; graduation time. (1) TWIN B EPIC - a $35K sale purchase - goes for top connections off a decent qualifier and he's worth a look here. (6) AGGRAVATION brings good form over from Flamboro and he gets a good post to work from; using. (3) ROCK N ROLL BABE is a firster who may have more to offer for this debut. Perhaps the tote board will offer some clues. Race 10 (6) DEADLY ACTION left hard and put himself into perfect position to win last week. He should be tough again here racing on or near the lead. (7) ZAMPARA showed zip both early and late when beaten by the choice. A better trip puts him right there this time. (9) NOW WHAT HANOVER is too sharp to ignore shipping in, but post 9 does him no favors here. (3) J J MYSTIC STORM is always a good one to use underneath in this class. (10) EUCHRED is interesting to me based on his Jan. 20th line taken at Charlottetown. Tab him for next time racing from this post.
